The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They are passionate for the love of big cats which I share and the need for stronger laws. I go to Orlando annually and want to take others with me on future and longer visits. Also add better signage - it was hard finding the location. Give extra time to find it as it is easy to get lost. Wonderful place and I am happy to support it by visits and merchandize purchases.

Our Guides ( Pam and Sue ) were knowledgeable and delightful to be around. Pam took my boy under her wing and made him feel very special. This is our 3rd visit and look foward to when we will return to Florida and visit again.

The hosts were very welcoming, knew so much about the animals and what made them healthy and thrive. The animals seemed well taken care of and their well-being was paramount to the owners of this amazing place. We also appreciated that our hosts had lots of experience and scientific knowledge of animals around the world because of their travels, safaris and contacts with experts including how climate change is impacting the natural habitats of these beautiful animals. Well done and well worth the cost.
