Even though some may not, I really liked how it ended with asking to get in contact with state representatives. The tour was quick enough but still with plenty of time to take pictures. Was a very good and educational experience.
Fantastic experience I will never forget. The information and education provided was a true eye opener. I thank everyone, staff and volunteers, for all you do.
The tour is amazing, the guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. Great information about the cats, but great behind the scene information from the guides. They also talk about the personalities of the individual cats and personnel knowledge and experiences with some of the cats. Great at answering questions and overall very enjoyable! Great place to visit and we keep coming back time after time.
It was so awesome seeing how people care about these big cats and want the best for them. Jaguar was beautiful.
Very educational and the cats are cool. Big Cat Rescue is an amazing organization and I will definitely tour again.
What an amazing experience and a wealth of knowledge you provided. I absolutely loved your sanctuary and will be back again someday. Signed, Holly in Orange County, CA
First of all, Big Cat Rescue is the real deal as a rescue. The volunteers and staff are friendly , courteous and well informed. Their devotion and care for the residents is five star and heart warming. It is sad that there has to be a place like this because of what people do, but it is a good home for those rescued. The more people that get educated the more likely the need for a rescue will fade away, hopefully.
All of the volunteers were very friendly. They were very knowledgeable about all of the animals there and you could tell they really cared about them. The animals themselves looked well taken care of and they seemed to be happy. The Rescue was very clean.
I learned a great deal today about the work that 'Big Cat Rescue' is doing. I also didn't know how many cats are being abused and exploited. I didn't have the best weather during my visit and missed seeing quite a few of the cats, but those I did see and had their stories shared with me was amazing. Highly recommend
advertised as 1 1/2 hours, we were finished in 1 hour. A bit expensive for just 1 hour.

I enjoyed seeing all the animals close up and liked the educational piece that went with our tour. I’m a HUGE cat lover (big and small felines), so this was thrilling for me. I commend the owner and all the staff for giving these previous animals a clean, safe haven to live. We had a wonderful experience and will try to make it back when we visit Florida again.
Knowledgeable tour guide and friendly staff Animals well cared for Our teenagers thought the whole experience was “cool”
Organized, punctual with tour start time, adequately staffed, informative tour, good mix of technology and live presentation on the tour.
Very hot day..... myself and big cats were hot. Tigers tried to stay cool in pools for them. Me would rather have gone to visit in January. Did enjoy the visit.
The experience of going to Big Cat Rescue was amazing. The volunteers were very helpful and informative. Seeing these cats up close and in captivity gives you a new perspective.
The staff were very knowledgeable. Everyone obviously has the best interest of the animals in mind as opposed to entertainment of the public. The call for public change was effective without being preachy.
It was both interesting and moving to see how they have taken in so many big cats and take care of them so well. We had a great tour walking around and learning about each of the cats. This is a great "off-the-beaten-path" thing to do if in the Tampa area!
great cause, great staff loads of excellent information and a superb charity doing such important work
Big Cat Rescue is a wonderful place that supports the needs of magnificent creatures in need. The staff is very knowledgeable. The tour was a good pace with water stops along the way to keep guests hydrated.
Big Cat Rescue is a must see. Beautiful cats. Close up and personal. Be prepared for a lot of walking. Tours are very informative and interactive. Don't forget your camera! Just do it! You won't be disappointed.
Beautiful animals being well cared for. The focus is rightly on the animals and their wellbeing. The tour is nevertheless enjoyable, interesting and informative. The staff accommodated my need for a headset that would work with hearing aids.
Our tour guide was very patient and informative!
Fantastic tour and lots of information
The only issue i had was that the tour felt very rushed.
My daughter and I learned a lot about the animals we saw and can’t wait to come back next year to do the feeding tour we thank you for a great experience
Beautiful cats, great guide. Thank you for helping these animals.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and accomodating. We learned some new things about the big cats and enjoyed the walk thru the shady grounds. The gift shop was well appointed with many cool shirts and souvenirs at quite reasonable prices. It was an excellent part of our brief vacation in the Tampa area.

It is always a joy to see the cats in a better environment than they had before Big Cat Rescue gave them a home. The big tigers are my favorite.
Cats and enclosures were very clean. Very important, and this was stressed on the tour that big cats should never be kept or sold as pets!
So refreshing and reassuring to find people and organizations that still care
It's a different experience from the usual options of shops and restaurants, and is for a very worthwhile cause.
Everyone at BCR shares a passion for saving cats large and small. It is evident from the greeting at the gate to the tour guide to the gift shop. I follow BCR on Facebook and am very pleased to have been able to visit. I will visit again. On a keeper tour for sure. The ultimate goal is for BCR to go out of business. The cats should never be kept as pets or used as a prop in a pay for play scam so please don’t get your picture taken with a cub. I will continue to support BCR by watching their YouTube channel and choosing the as my charity on amazon Smile. Please do the same. And when you visit, and you should, you will realize why this is so important.
I’m a big cat lover. I can see the love and compassion in the staff, and how well the animals are cared for. I am also a member of the Humane Society of the United States. I have never been to Florida, and didn’t want to leave. I would love to work with the big cats! I spent a lot of money on souvenirs, and sponsored a Serval. I watch every day the live cams, to see “my babies” given the best care they could ever receive. I’m a Nursing student, but since I’ve been 7 years old, I wanted to be a Vet. I’m considering becoming a Vet tech also. I took tons of pictures to make an album. Thank you, for everything you do! I definitely will be back, and continue to show my support, and proudly show off my my back window sticker showing my love for BCR. Love to the animals, and staff. God Bless ❤️
The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was obvious that all team members were very compassionate and dedicated to your purpose
