A great experience!
Had a great time would recommend this to everyone we know.
Friendly and professional staff with a good sense of humor. Saw Manatees and had a nice boat ride in the bay.
The snorkeling was great. I will come again.
Very personable and friendly. Had a great time
Captain Judge was great s five star. However we were disappointed that it was in a residential area. Plus the water was still Merky in places. The bear part was that Captain Judge made sure we got to see the manatee. He took us to several places to ensure we were able to see and snorkel with manatee.
Would like to have seen more manatees (our guide put us on only one - found by others with a crowd present).
Amazing experience for our first time. Our Tour Guide was amazing and made the tour so much more fun.
Teen kids loved it! They want to come back.
Although we were doing the tour in likely the worst time of the year we were able to find some manetees. We also went to the natural springs and saw other fish and did some diving.
Our captain was extremely nice and helpful. However, I feel more information when booking would have been helpful, such as what we would need to bring to the dive center, towels, waterproof bag for camera/ phone etc. A small bank of lockers or a secure place for car keys/wallets would have been useful rather than having to ask. There was only one restroom, so changing was difficult. I was aware that this time of year is not ideal to interact with the manatees, however, due to stormy weather we were late leaving the dive center and early returning. No portion of the cost was offered to be returned OR credited for a further trip. I live just over an hour away and plan on returning during the winter with my 2 granddaughters. It would be good business to have offered a $10 discount towards another trip.
Only two of us on our tour, but the captain was very friendly and took us right to the springs and manatees
Captain Randy went above & beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our trip.
Even though it wasn't the right season, are Captain went out of his way to find us a manatee. And he did!
We went during off season and not only did we get a private tour, but we met and swam with a few manatees. 3 hour tour was perfect, no rushing and very relaxing.
The employee were so nice and amazing at making sure you got best experience!!
Cody was an awesome guide and helped us see the manatees we were dying to see!
Great deal & quick boat ride to the manatee. Thanks for the tour.
It would be nice to hear more history about the area on the ride to and from the springs along with more information about the manatees. Guides were very friendly and I would highly recommend this place.
We were very impressed by the Capta8n and the guide. Very kind and professional...informed of all things Crystal River. I will be back.
We took the manatee trip on 19 March, and got to be around several beautif, gentle manatees. It was a great experience!
Cody made the trip for our group. He was engaging, knowledgeable and a lot of fun.
Great tour! One of the best animal experiences of my life.
The guys who took us out were very friendly and patient. The manatees has already departed the area but we still had fun snorkeling. Highly recommend this place.
Die Jungs waren super, sie geben ihr Bestes, damit man Manatees sieht. Leider haben wir trotzdem keine gesehen. Ansonsten war alles super.
