The tour guide was very polite and nice. Answered everyone's questions. Made the experience very interesting.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and there were plenty of cats to see.
I loved seeing many different species in their natural setting. I appreciate that you try to make the cats feel at home. I would come again and bring a friend.
The tour guide was very nice and full of information. the grounds looked fantastic. keeping the tours in small groups you had no problem asking the guide questions
There were 4 adults on the AM feeding tour. We all came away with so much additional information. Our experience was amazing. Recommend this tour to everyone who hasn’t taken this tour. We also were able to see the kitties being groomed for adoption. Sweetest experience.
We did the feeding tour. It was very informative and answered many questions. Thank you for helping these precious beauties!
Everyone from BCR from tour leaders to staff in the gift shop were so welcoming and they made my visit incredibly enjoyable. I've been following BCR on Facebook for a few years and now having been on site I'm more in love with all of the people and cats and appreciate the work you are doing even more.
The feeding tour was fantastic. The animals get excited about eating, so they are more active and close.
Our tour guide/feeder was phenomenal. She explained everything, took questions and was just very personable.
So close to the animals and lots of information.
Desmond and Fred were perfect tour guides and educated us about the animals in addition to showing us the facility.
Even though it was rainy we got to go see the big cats...they handed out lightweight rain ponchos and when there was a threat of lightening they had us take cover in a small storage building always mindful of our safety. Our tourguide we found out was a volunteer which really impressed me that they were so dedicated to make sure all the cats were fed regardless of weather. Can't wait to return and take another tour!
