Unmissable and unforgettable! - Leo is passionate about surfing and its teaching and conveys it in a fun, professional and didactic way, a pleasure to have shared with the classes for our 4 children!

In all, a wonderfull experience. My 4 siblings finished the classes very exited and rated this program as the best in CR - Memorable experience!! Leandro dedicated himself to fully teach the basic elements in order to allow my 4 siblings to start surfing from the beggining. They are extremely happy with the experience and rated the Surf Classes as the best program in Costa Rica.
Every detail waas considered, from safety to fun

Great waves and great times - Leandro was an amazing instructor, had me riding waves in no time and kept challenging me with harder progressions. He loves to surf and teaches it well.

Great fun, great instructor! - We had so much fun learning to surf with Leandro. The place was easy to find! Leandro is so animated and kind and really cheered on my kids as they were surfing. He helps make sure you can get up by pushing the boards. We were out for a good length of time, about an hour and half in the water. Thanks Club 33 for a fun surfing day!

The Only Surf Lesson in Tamarindo You Should Take! - We had an amazing surf lesson that was so good we decided to do another one the next day! The lesson started off in a classroom with science and technical basics that gave us a great foundation to build on. The lesson was interactive and we felt great going into the water. The technique was different than how any of us had learned before but we felt like it worked much better than the way other instructors taught. Rash guards, sunscreen, and board were included. We had plenty of time in the water and got pdfs of everything we learned afterwards so we can apply it later. This is the only Surf Lesson in Tamarindo you should take!

The best surf lessons in Tamarindo - I can highly recommend Surf Everyday Academy/Club 33 Surf in Tamarindo for lessons, and Leandro as an instructor. My 10 year old daughter Kiki and I took 3 lessons with Leandro and improved immensely with his skillful coaching on many topics that were never addressed in our previous surf lessons (and years of surf camps) in NY and Puerto Rico! He teaches in a private room, with slide shows that show exactly the mechanics and physical needs to ride a wave from beginner onwards, and then takes you out to surf. To say you are getting a multi-level, sophisticated education on climate, form, endurance, and general 360 reading of your environment is an understatement. Everyone who works at the surf shop is very warm with great energy (especially Maria), and we’ll be coming back- Pura Vida!

Caught a couple real waves for the first time after these lessons - The most informative surfing lesson I've had. I learned new techniques for popping up, gained a better understanding through a classroom lesson before even going out to the water and actually caught a couple waves instead of just surfing straight into the shore. Enjoyed the first days lesson so much and signed up to return the next day and learn how to better read the waves and understand timing and positioning. I highly recommend!

Great class for begginers - Leandro is a very great instructor and taught us the basics to get us on our boards on the water and ride some waves. The theory classes were also very helpful to understand the physics and science behind the sport.

Great experience from start to finish - Surf Everyday Academy was a great experience from start to finish. Everything was organized, clear, and easy. The Surf shop is clean and well-run, with great boards, lockers, showers, and even sunscreen provided. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and my lessons with Leandro were great — he was very patient. See you again soon! Pura vida! 🤙

A great teacher, helps build confidence and makes learning something challenging fun - Leandro is a great teacher. He really knows how to explain concepts well by combining physics, psychology and sports science all together. After our first lesson, we had such a great time that we returned 2 more times within the same week. As a total beginner, Leandro made me really appreciate the sport of surfing and I'm excited to try surfing again the next chance I get. Thanks Leandro.
