  This is learning how to paddle, practicing the pop-up, and understanding the proper stance. Students practice paddling techniques to get a feel for the board and how to maneuver it
  After the initial training on the beach, participants head into the water with their instructor
  Once in deeper water, participants work on catching waves
  The instructor guides them on when to paddle, how to position themselves on the board, and when to stand up
  The instructor ensures the safety of participants in the water, watching for any potential hazards and providing assistance if needed
  After the lesson, the instructor discuss what went well and offer tips for improvement.
  Participants can ask questions and receive additional tips on surfing to progress in their surfing journey
  Above all, a surf lesson is about having fun and enjoying the experience of being in the ocean
