Wonderful - Beautiful! The mangroves are incredible as is the water. This was incredibly relaxing and entertaining. Moises was a great captain and very knowledgeable! You can tell he cares greatly for the animals and nature in Costa Rica. We saw some crocodiles, cool birds, and a lot of monkeys (even a new born)! I highly recommend.

What a great tour for our first time in Tamarindo. - Ivan was excellent. Pickup and drop-off were ontime.
Learning about the diversity of the wildlife in the estuary is astonishing.

Definitely worth it! - Very responsive. Guide was super knowledgeable. Saw crocodiles and howler monkeys. Was served delicious pineapple and a drink. Have two small kids and they loved it. Boat had a canopy to protect use from the sun.

Great Adventure - Our host was amazing! He picked us up from our condo then captained the boat. Very knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. He then dropped us back at our condo and we were back before lunch. Highly recommend this tour!

Tamarindo Estuary Tour - We did this excursion while staying in Tamarindo so not a lot of driving which was great. The tour was wonderful. Lots of wildlife in natural habitat. Very peaceful gliding through the winding riverways.

Relaxed drive through the mangrove forest - Iban was our tour guide- very experienced and extremely relaxed. The drive through the mangrove forest was impressive, seen crocodile, raccoons, iguanas and various birds.

Be prepared to walk in... - Be prepared to walk in water to get on boat. Not a big deal at all but I would have worn water safe sandals rather than sneakers to avoid hassle of taking them off. Ivan our tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. Bring binoculars or long lens camera for best experience. There was a good mix of different birds and crocs. But seeing the monkeys was the best. Definitely worth getting off boat for a short walk to their hangout. A bonus is the cold drinks and fresh-cut pineapple.

Lazy River Boat Ride - Directions to meeting location and parking are slightly confusing. The ride itself was great for people who spend very little to no time in nature.
