Each visit starts with a delightful welcome cocktail made with fresh, seasonal Costa Rican fruits. As the team gets acquainted with your group, they customize the tasting to match your preferences, ensuring an unforgettable journey through agave spirits.

Led by an agave specialist, guests will sample five outstanding spirits, including tequila, mezcal, and other handcrafted agave distillates, while learning about their distinct flavors, traditions, and origins. The tasting is enhanced by a fruit platter featuring local seasonal produce and a selection of small snacks.

Our agave experts will guide you through a detailed tasting explaining what agave plants are, how the agave spirits are made, info about each product, and discussing tasting notes. You’ll try Costa Rican fruits and snacks while we do the tasting.

Our collection of agave spirits is hand-picked, additive-free spirits. We have some extremely special bottles in our cava and our perspective is all about teaching you how to recognize a quality tequila or mezcal and learn about regions outside of the most common areas of tequila and mezcal production.
