a relaxing paddle up the river - Our guide Eliza was efficient at getting us on to the water and we had a very pleasant paddle up the river in a tandem kayak. You don't need to be an experienced kayaker. The other couple with us weren't and they managed fine. It was low tide and the river was quite low in places, but it didn't cause any big issue. Do wear factor 50 suncream and a hat or you will get tosted. Take water as well.
