Mushing tour - Ben did an amazing job explaining everything to us about the dogs and their care. He also told us about the training for the Iditarod. He was a great guide.

Fun dogs, fun rides, and fun people - 100% fun experience - We had an incredible time with Kate and the whole team. It was very informative and personable. The dogs are very well taken care of - and it shows with how excited they are to do the dog sledding. It was fun to take a tour around the site and learn about dog sledding history and how it connects back to Dallas Seavey. Would highly recommend if you’re a lover of dogs or animals. There were also reindeer on site to pet and feed. Do expect to get a little dirty but it’s well worth it.

Once in a lifetime visit to a dig sled ranch - The AK sled dog tour was so much fun. We were able to visit and pet the dogs. The ranch had 80 kennels for the sled dogs The we got to drive the sled around the ranch trails. We learned about Dallas Seavey, the dog ranch owner and a 6 time Iditarod winner. The ranch/dog trainers were so nice and provided info about the dog training, food and what happens on the race. Highly recommend this tour.

Pretend You’re an Iditarod Champ! - An exhilarating ride! One of the windiest days of winter/spring, but we were well prepped by Salmonberry tours for the weather! The Seavey Kennel is extremely well kept and organized. Beautiful country, excited happy dogs and a staff ready to show you a good time.

Fun for all ages!! - This is the second time my family and I have done this tour and it was again fantastic. The dog sledding was fantastic with so many teams of powerful, but super friendly pups. Cooper did a fantastic job explaining a ton about the dogs, the Iditarod and all of the other sled races. We had a range of ages from 7 to 64 fun was had by all!!

Mushing with Iditarod Champions - Initially overwhelming with all the dogs so excited to see us when we arrived. There were a lot of dogs:-)
The dogs were extremely friendly and the staff was excellent. They were very informative and helpful. We mushed our own team of dogs, some of which were past Iditarod winners. The trail was beautiful and it was very fun.
