- Pick-up and drop-off at Phuket International Airport or Phuket Cruise Port are available for an additional charge of THB 500 if booked in advance or THB 1,000 if requested on the spot. Payment must be made in cash directly to the local operator.
- Please note the driver is not a tour guide, however, he will be willing to help you as much as he can
- After the service is booked, you can ask for a travel consultant for free of charge to provide non-bias local tips and activities, things to do, local restaurants, and famous local markets
- In Thailand, only Thai is an official language, so please do not expect excellent English language skills from the drivers. The English proficiency of the driver is not fluent, but he can definitely communicate in English with you

Great service. - Our driver spoke English very well. He was funny and informative. He was better than some of the tour guides we had although he is not an official tour guide. We did not have a set itinerary but the driver asked us what we wanted to see. He recommended an itinerary that was perfort for our needs. The custom van was large enough for 9 passengers and was decked out with lights and sound system. It was only 2 of us on the trip so we had a very comfortable ride.

Excellent 4 hour tour of Phuket - This was an excellent tour. The tour drive spoke good English and she was a very good driver. We left to choose where should go. We had multiple opportunities to take photographs. The tour was a private tour so no hanging around waiting on other people. We were picked up at our hotel of time and dropped off at our hotel after the trip. This tour is highly recommended.

Hired private driver for the day - Joe was great, very helpful and friendly. Made it easy to view the various sights in one day. We were able to customize the places we wanted to see and he was very accommodating

Excellent day on Phuket tour - What a fantastic day we had today. Joe was our driver and he couldn’t have done more to give us an excellent day. He made sure he understood what we wanted to see and customised perfectly. He had a brilliant sense of humour. Would highly recommend!

Security and sympathy - We were greeted by our driver Dol who accompanied us to the places agreed in advance according to the time available. Very nice, made us feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend the tour for those who want to do many activities from the airport or without wasting time

Good For Large Groups - The driver was very nice and the van top-notch, but this is only practical for large groups because they are only offering you a ride. You come up with your own itinerary and they drop you off.
Unfortunately, everything I wanted to see was closed or too far away for 4hrs because you will spend 2hrs in traffic.
Disappointed, after an hour, I just had him drop us off in Old Town, where a Tuk Tuk driver offered to take us on a highlight tour for 1/4 of the price.
I was further disappointed when the 1st stop he took us to was the "Closed" Big Buddha with a parking lot full of tour vans.
Again, this is a good service for large groups, but for anyone else, you are better off taking a taxi.

A complete waste of time - Driver didn't speak English. Highlights, were a couple of lookouts and riding an elephant amd a big budda He took me to low level tourist traps like the monkey show and didn't have a plan to fill half of the 8 hr time limit He had a hard time followimg translated text instructions. I took advantage of the situation by using him as an expensive taxi service, cutting the tour short, picked up my luggage and him drive me yp the airport.
