WOW to the Elephant experience - Prompt and nice mini van. Pat was very knowledgeable and driver drove safely. Started with walk and look round town. Went for a Thai meal, which we all agreed was nice. Then to the elephant sanctuary. This was the wow ! We fed them, had pictures with them (close up), watched one bathe. A guide talked about the elephants and their very sad stories. Thankfully they all seem to be living a good life now. It was an experience. We then went to a few temples all together. On to the Big Budda, which can only be seen from the back/side because of a landslide last year. Then back to our ship, traffic was terrible thankfully we have another day in Phuket so didn't miss our cruise. Definitely worth doing

Amazing day trip highlighting the best of Phuket - This was an awesome combination of shopping in Old Town Phuket, enjoying the elephants at the sanctuary and seeing the temples. Our tour guide was very sweet and made the day super enjoyable!

A taste of Phuket in a day - We had a great time on this tour! Noom was our guide and I love that he would take pics for us and he made everything very interesting! It was really cool to see th monkeys at Big Buddha and the cashew factory was fun too! Great street art in Old Phuket and the food was delicious! Great day and we even learned a bit more about the beautiful elephants of Thailand!

Nice Tour - A great day. The Elephant Sanctuary was the best.
We also spent time in the Old Town.

Disappointing – Try Another Vendor - This tour did not deliver the itinerary that was promised.
Hotel pickup was stated as between 11:30–11:40, but the guide arrived at 11:10, causing unnecessary stress as we rushed to be ready so as not to delay other guests.
The itinerary stated: “Continue to Phuket Old Town, where colorful shophouses reflect the island’s multicultural heritage. Your guide shares stories about Phuket’s multicultural history and everyday life.” In reality, this stop was merely a Chinese souvenir shopping stop. There was no cultural explanation, no local interaction, and we spent 50 minutes sitting in a coffee shop.
Lunch was advertised as including an appetizer, main course, and drink. Only water was provided, and no appetizer was offered.
At the elephant sanctuary, w we were rushed through the main highlight feeding, the elephanst five minutes followed by a one-hour hike on uneven, unpaved dirt roads. Due to the difficulty, we walked only halfway and turned back.
At Wat Chalong Temple, we were told to walk around on our own for 40 minutes. There was no demonstration or explanation of folding lotus flowers, shaking fortune sticks, or placing gold leaf, all of which were implied in the written itinerary.
The final stop at the Big Buddha could not be completed because the entrance was closed.
Our group consisted of 8 Australians, 2 people from England, and 2 Americans. Only the couple left a small tip, reflecting the overall disappointment shared by the group.

Refund please - Hello, I had a tour booked and I was waiting until 12 noon. They never came to pick me up iMessage the tour operator and they told me last minute that it was overbooked.

don't rely on this tour happening - I was prompted to review my tour yesterday so here it is - it never happened. at 11:30 pm the night before the tour, they messaged last minute that it was cancelled due to lack of signups. They proposed other dates. I told them one I could do. Then, I had to follow up multiple times and didn't get another response until halfway through the day the tour was supposed to happen. They never updated my tickets and I am still waiting for my refund
