Beautiful place - I loved seeing the wine! The place is very beautiful, we know a bit of the history and obviously how the wines are preserved, etc. There is a tasting at the end and we won the brand cup.

Fun little, get out of the city, experience. - We signed up for the afternoon tour, they contacted us quickly explaining that the tour was only offered in Spanish at that time, we couldn’t do the morning, so decided that wine was wine and we’d be fine. We were running a few minutes late and our driver very kindly waited for us. He spoke very little English, but used his phone to translate, so all was good. We picked up 4 more folks, and heading to the vineyard. It would have been great to hear information as we drove through the city picking up the rest of our group, but better safe than him translating through his phone while driving. Undurraga is a beautiful little oasis in the Maipo Valley. The tour, which ended up being in English, took us through the park and through the winery ending with a liberal wine tasting of 5 of their wines. Being kind of a wine snob, the wines were ok. We bought a bottle of their higher end petite sirah to try later. It was a nice diversion in Santiago.

Good experience - Overall very good! Driver and good car condition! The guide of the vineyard, excellent! We tasted 5 wines, if I could wish it was more detailed and time-consuming, the whole presentation and tasting. But logistics to pick up and deliver the hosts takes a long time, I understand but it's tired

Nice half-day excursion in Santiago - Lovely vineyard and the wine-tasting was very generous with 5 good sized samples. The shop is very reasonable there too. The only downside is that the tour is entirely in Spanish so we struggled to understand the guide.

Ruta Chile is the worst and laziest tour operator I've ever encountered. - The tour operator Ruta Chile didn't know my address, so the tour wasn't scheduled. There was no contact to confirm the address, no emails or messages. As a result, I have neither the tour nor the money. And the precious day in Santiago was lost…

Tour cancelled at the last minute - We were notified just a couple of hours before the tour was scheduled to begin that the tour had been cancelled without providing us any specific reason. They offered to reschedule but we were only in town for a short time before the start of a cruise and this was the only time that would have worked. We were really disappointed because we were looking forward to doing a winery tour and tasting while we were here, and such late cancellation precluded us from coordinating something else. Also, it was a Monday which means that the museums were all closed, so we were left with not much else to do for the afternoon. Very disappointed.
