Best way to spend my birthday! - Had the best time out swimming with turtles! Saw big mama turtle and plenty of eagle rays along with many other turtles and fish. Knowledgeable crew who were very friendly I would highly recommend them.

Great snorkelling experience - Went with a friend and this was her first experience snorkelling. Easy to find and park just off the road. Good H&S induction, the discussion about where we would head to was too long and detailed - doubt anyone would have remembered much past the first few things. Great to check everyone's ability in the shallows first - there were 1 or 2 people in the larger party who weren't confident to progress (or were told they couldn't - I'm not sure). Other operators seemed to be taking people out to the main spot in boats but it worked well to drift out on the current from the shore - people got more used to snorkelling. Plenty of support and lifeguards with floatation devices, on kayaks etc and keeping a close eye on everyone. Well supported and felt completely safe. Some families there with kids. Saw plenty of turtles - amazing to get so close to them - hovering over them while they sat udnerwater but also some on the surface swimming past quite close. At the conclusion, we all handed in our gear and formed a long line to walk back through the shallows to the shore - this was a little tricky in places but help was at hand. Fresh fruit and a cold shower available back at base. Recommend.

Great snorkeling with fun tesm - We had an absolutely amazing time on this tour. The operation was professional and well run but still fun and lots of laughs. The weather had been terrible all week and we had been put off a couple off times to ensure it was safe. They took photos of each group with the turtles and provided them for free. Definitely worth the money!

Best Experience Ever!! - I have been waiting to swim with the turtles the past two trips to Rarotonga and finally the weather gods were on my side…third time I was lucky 🍀 To say this was worth the wait is an understatement…this experience was AMAZING. We were greeted by Mama T in the dark as we were booked on the sunrise tour, very helpful! Josh, Big T and the team then got us sorted with gear, took us through a thorough H&S induction of the lagoon & then it was time to meet the turtles. We were treated to an amazing show by the resident turtles as well as a school of eagle ray, they blew my breath away with how close they got…it was spectacular!! Thank you 1000x over to Josh and the team at Snorkel Cook Islands, you were amazing with how you looked after all of us in the water. I can’t wait to come back to swim with you and the turtles again 🐢

Great fun to have with turtles in Raratonga - This is a great experience to have in Raratonga for singles, couples and families. The tour guides were fantastic and kind. They were all experienced and new their area of expertise well. Big T was a great guide, he was funny, knowledgeable and helpful. (He also reminded us of Big Z from the movie Surf's Up) The team guided us into the passage where we saw amazing turtles and rays (as the conditions were favourable. ) We would recommend doing this tour as it was so much fun and we met great people and had a true island morning snack of paw paw and bananas!

Great adventure, could've been better if it was not as crowded. - A windy day, which may have meant a stronger current to drift out to the selected viewing spots. Water wasn't as clear as seen in some of the promotional photos. Only saw a couple of turtles during the whole tour, including Big Mama sitting on a shelf. Saw the usual reef dwellers around the corals and reefs. We felt there were probably too many people in the group, as a result we felt like we were always kicking or getting kicked by fellow tourers. The trip back to shore was a bit hairy too. Single file, following the guides, tripping on rocks and a strong current flowing crossways. Great experience for us, but may be a struggle for less mobile tourists.

The turtles are amazing - Had a great morning with the turtles and the sea was calm! Unfortunately, my wife wasnt able to complete the tour as she really struggled with the mask (felt claustrophobic). The guys and girls running the tour were fun and helpful.

Amazing experience and an awesome team. - Thank you for an amazing experience, got to swim with turtles. I like to say a big thank you to Tara for swimming all the way to shore once everyone in the group was safe in the water, to help me swim out to the rest of the group because I was anxious as it was my first time snorkelling. Thank you so much to the team! Will highly recommend.
