Meeting location is on the south coast at Avaavaroa Passage in Vaimaanga. Look for the Ariki signs (Orange & Pink) with car parking on the mountain side where our tour office is.

A must do !🐢🤿 - Iriki Adventures are awesome !
The whole team are very friendly and professional .
This was my second time snorkelling with Ariki but the first time for my daughter .
Both of us aren’t strong swimmers but the team at Ariki made us feel safe and confident in the water .
The sea scooters made the whole experience awesome and so much easier to enjoy the beautiful turtles.
We will be back to do it all again that’s for sure :)

Exceptional - Definitely a highlight of our stay in Rarotonga! This trip is so worth the money and it totally exceeded our expectations. We are in our late 60s and we loved it. If you are not a good swimmer, ask for a life jacket to wear and make the most of a super experience! The scooters are so easy to use and great fun. Thanks to the team for a most memorable afternoon and the photos are amazing.

An amazing sea scooter tour to see turtles, turtles and more turtles - Ariki was absolutely amazing. The coral reefs were spectacular. There was so much sea life and so many turtles to experience.
Having the sea scooters added a new dimension to our safety and comfort. The Ariki staff members were top notch. Our group of 5 guests had 3 staff members there at all times to make sure we were all safe and that lots of photos were being taken. In addition to the 3 groups of Ariki hosted tours, there was another layer of safety provided with yet one more Ariki staff member operating a boat.
I can't wait to go again!

Turtle swim - Thanks so much to Ariki Adventures. Just finished an afternoon tour and Johhny and group were just amazing. They had plenty of guides and safety divers ensuring us older swimmers were safe at all times and we saw so many turtles! I chose to were a life vest but with the scooter it really helps you whiz thru the currents. I would definelty recommend this tour. 5 stars all day !

Great adventure to see the turtles - My sister in law (visiting from the UK) and I did trip to Rarotonga this February and while there we fancied a trip to see the turtles.
We booked with Ariki Sea Scooter turtle adventure which was $189 per person for 2 hours. We got a discount to $150 when booking at the Punanga Nui Market.
We were in a group of 4 with two other groups of around 5-6 in each. Each group had a leader who was showing you where the turtles actually were, as well as a photographer. They also had flotation devices if you felt tired and needed to take a minute. There were extra safety staff with one of the groups due to a nervious swimmer and the children had life vests.
We were given instructions on how to use the equipment as well as safety advice. The sea scooters were great fun and easy to use.
The photographer was great and took photos of us with the turtles which the staff later loaded onto our phones at no extra cost. We also took advantage and used their wifi for free for a quick catch up with the outside world.
We didnt feel rushed and being the last two out of the water....the boat came for us.
Ariki offer a discount for returning customers and they also have a small cafe onsite with snacks and coffee.
It was a great trip out and would do it again.

Awesome 👌👌👌🤣 - We had a fantastic time with the staff and always felt safe. Having the scooters made it so much easier over the 1.5 hours we spent in the passage. Our lead man found heaps of beautiful turtles and even a ray cruising past. Our photographer lass did a great job and everyone featured in the photos which were downloaded to our phones on our return to base. Definitely recommend and will do again on our next visit.

Amazing - This tour was amazing from start to end .Staff very knowledgeable and very friendly.We swam with so many turtles and around a lot of fish . Would definitely recommend doing this tour

Brilliant experience - The team were absolutely fantastic! I went with my sister who wasn’t confident at all, they took their time with her and made sure she was comfortable at all times. The snorkeling was amazing and as an amateur I felt safe and well guided the entire time.

Turtle Adventure with Sea Scooters - This was a really fun excursion. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the sea scooters were very easy to operate, and a big help with duck diving. I just loved using them! 😊 We saw lots of turtles and some eagle rays. Absolutely awesome! The turtles are very calm and can be curious about you, just remember not to touch them so they feel safe. No need to bring your own camera and gear, they provide it all! Afterward they will help you with downloading the pictures they take to your phone, so bring that along. I would highly recommend the Ariki team and this adventure to everyone. Well worth it. 👍

Safe way to snorkel! Well qualified staff! - We really enjoyed our turtle tours with Ariki. My only complaint was we felt really rushed and didn't have much actual swim time. We showed up at 7:00 am, had our instruction, got our gear, headed out, and had maybe 45 minutes of swim time. About 15 minutes was spent getting the GoPro pictures- which was a big plus. We were driving away at 8:30 am. Overall, the staff were great and we felt very safe snorkeling. We just wished it didn't feel so rushed and had more time in the water.
