・Matcha Grinding with a Stone Mill (Approx. 20 minutes)
Utilize a traditional stone mill to transform tencha, the base ingredient for matcha, into a fine powder by hand. Each person will spend about 20 minutes grinding matcha, providing a serene moment to craft and savor your own matcha. With one stone mill available, participants will take turns, but the total time for two participants is approximately 60 minutes.

・Matcha Whisking & Tasting (Approx. 20 minutes)
Following a demonstration, use a chasen (bamboo whisk) to whisk your own bowl of matcha and enjoy it alongside seasonal specialties unique to Takayama.
