• 2-chōme-3-1 Asakusa - Discover Tokyo through the lens of film photography with a local expert.

Join a small group (maximum of 3 participants) for a walking tour in Asakusa, one of Tokyo’s most charming neighborhoods. Equipped with vintage film cameras, participants will explore backstreets, temples, and local alleys, gaining insights into perceiving light, geometry, and everyday scenes in a new way.

Each participant will enjoy:

1 roll of 35mm film (24 exposures)
Film camera rental
Basic photography instruction
Choice of digital scans OR developed film negatives

The journey begins near the Sumida River, meanders through Asakusa’s hidden streets and the Senso-ji area, and concludes around Hoppy Street.

This is a guided photography experience, not a professional photoshoot. Participants will capture their own images while learning about composition, lighting, and timing techniques.
