Great environment and good vibes. Long live Meshida Sensei !!! - Always great seeing Meshida-san Live comedy show, after watching many of his comedic but very informative Youtube videos. His stand up performance will teach you a thing or two about life and culture in Japan while having a laugh 😄👍🏼.

meetup and comedy - what I really liked is that it wasn't a typical stand up comedy where comedian would just come to the stage and perform, but also a meetup where we hangout with each other before and after the show. Jokes were amazing and funny. I love his type of humor

Very funny!! - We stumbled into Meshida’s show completely by accident, just as he was starting - and he was so welcoming so we decided to stay not knowing what we were in for. And what a happy accident it was! This show was laugh out loud funny, and very witty! Would absolutely recommend - and would definitely go to another show!

Tokyo growing scene of western style solo stand-up - From my understanding, this form of solo stand-up is still pretty young in Tokyo so come support this growing scene by Meshida ! He has a YouTube channel so you can get a good taste of his humour and discover other local comedians through his show. It's in a small intimate venue with underground vibe and nice drinks.

Best Comedy Night I’ve Been To - If you’re looking for a hilarious and unique comedy experience for an evening then Meshida San’s show is a must! Coming from Los Angeles and experiencing the comedy scene out there, which can be very impersonal, stuffy and uninteresting, this show is something completely new and exciting. The night starts with introductions and drinks with your fellow guests and Meshida himself. This alone brings a personal and connected aspect to the show that you wont get as an audience member elsewhere. After drinks, the show starts with another local comedian (thumbs up to Meshida for supporting the younger generation), and then Meshida himself will bust your sides with hilarious jokes and commentary on all things Japan, tourism and even some hot takes on American and other cultures. The $20 price tag is something you won’t see in the United States or elsewhere for comedy of this quality and for such an intimate and cool experience. All that’s left to say is; go get your tickets, now; seriously, go do it now!

SUPERB/ SUBARASHII " JAPAN" EXPERIENCE - A GREAT SHOW for 1st time visitors to Japan and also for those with more experience in the country. I lived in Japan for a few years.... almost 30 years ago... and now revisited with family who had never been . We had lots of great laughs but also learned a bit more about Japanese langauge and culture. We all agreed it was funny educational comedy. It was an intimate show in a small venue and Meshida was very personable and took time to speak and interact with everyone before and after the performance. This is a one-of-a-kind show that you will not find anywhere else. I 💯 percent recommend it to anyone looking for something unique in Tokyo. Go see a cool Japanese 😎 comedian , meet some fellow world travelers, and have some good 😃 laughs!

Good show! - Meshida was warm and funny, and it was a good way to start the Tokyo stint of our Japan tour. We had to rush off, but it appeared you could chat to him after the show. It was a small venue, but this made it more engaging.

Great time in Asakusa - Great standup comedy show, and awesome pre/ post show interactions. Highly recommend to have a good time. The crowd was good to build connections with the performer.
