Step 1: Book Your Transfer & Enter Flight Details

Choose your pickup airport, either Taoyuan (TPE) or Songshan (TSA), and provide your drop-off address in Taipei or New Taipei. During the booking process, please include the following information: airline, flight number, arrival or departure time, and the number of passengers and luggage pieces.

Your driver will track your flight in real-time and adjust the pickup timing if your flight is delayed or arrives early. You will receive a confirmation once your booking is complete.

Step 2: Driver Assignment & Vehicle Arrangement

Prior to your pickup time, a professional licensed driver will be assigned to your transfer. The vehicle type will be selected based on your group size and luggage needs. All vehicles are clean, air-conditioned, and fully insured.

Step 3: Arrival Instructions & Driver Information

After landing, please turn on your mobile phone. You will receive a message with the following driver details: driver’s name, contact phone number, and vehicle plate number. This ensures you can easily identify your assigned vehicle and contact the driver if necessary.

Please proceed through immigration, collect your luggage, and head towards the Arrivals Hall.

In the Arrivals Hall, you will find a representative holding a sign with your name clearly displayed. The representative will guide you to the designated pickup area outside the terminal. Your driver will arrive at the pickup point, assist with opening the door, and help load your luggage into the vehicle.

Step 4: Comfortable Door-to-Door Ride

Relax and enjoy your private vehicle ride. Estimated travel time is 40–50 minutes from Songshan Airport (TSA) and 45–90 minutes from Taoyuan International Airport (TPE). Travel time may vary depending on traffic conditions.

You will be dropped off directly at your hotel entrance, residence, or designated address.
