• Taghazout - During the surf lessons, participants will receive personalized guidance to either catch their first wave or enhance their skills. Here’s what to anticipate:

Introduction to Surfing: The session begins with a brief overview of surfing fundamentals, including paddling, balancing, and popping up on the board.

Safety Tips: Essential safety guidelines, ocean awareness, and tips for staying safe while surfing will be discussed. Participants will also learn to identify the best waves and conditions suitable for their skill level.

Warm-up and Stretching: To prepare physically, a series of warm-up exercises will be conducted to ensure participants are flexible and ready for water activities.

Surfboard Introduction: Participants will be familiarized with their surfboard, learning about positioning and maintenance. Comfort with the board will be ensured before entering the water.

Paddling and Catching Waves: Guidance will be provided as participants practice paddling and acclimate to the sensation of being on the board. They will then attempt to catch small, manageable waves under the instructor’s supervision.

Pop-up Practice: The transition from lying down to standing on the board will be practiced, initially on the beach and then in the water when participants are ready.
