Sunset Cruise and BBQ Dinner Cruise - Syracuse Boat Tours has an awesome Sunset Cruise and BBQ Dinner Cruise. The atmosphere was great - which makes for an enjoyable experience. The Staff was entertaining, and the length of each cruise was perfect. The sunset cruise was especially enjoyable because it was a perfect night. The admission fee/cost of cruise was reasonable. We definitely recommend either of these tours for a fun time cruising on the Seneca River.

A tour of ordinary madness - We did this tour only with the intent of visiting nature, natural caves and crystal clear waters, seen through videos shot by others; we found much more starting from the organization of the agency that welcomed us with professionalism and courtesy, but still unaware that the best was yet to come. We were lucky enough to have Alessandro as a tour guide and Antonio as Captain: a fantastic combination. In addition to seeing beautiful places and swimming in crystal clear waters, the cheerful spirit of Captain Antonio, who between music and dancing managed to make the tour out of the ordinary A glass then of a good Ribolla Gialla contributed to an atmosphere of laughter and joy. I highly recommend this tour operator for organization and courtesy and if you are also lucky enough to have the A.A. couple, Alessandro and Captain Antonio, the advice is: go along with it and get carried away; the fun will be assured. Thank you for an unforgettable day.

This boat tour was such a... - This boat tour was such a fun experience! We got to check out some really cool grotte, and the views along the way were absolutely beautiful – clear blue water and just amazing scenery all around. We got to hear the story behind the amazing buildings we saw, too. They offered us some Prosecco on board, which was a nice little bonus and made the whole thing feel extra chill. We also had some time to stop and swim. Overall, it was a great mix of relaxing, exploring, and enjoying the sea. Totally recommend it if you’re looking for a fun way to spend a couple of hours doing something different.

Good vibes - Captain and skipper proffesional. Also office staff is welcoming. Captain's singing and Italian songs were a nice touch. Captain let steer who ever wanted for a brief moment. Masks are available. Also great stories about the places we visited. I loved that boat was not croaded and we had shade from sun. Caves wwas good to see. Stopped for swimming two times. Due to big waves moved to safe spot. Top notch service. Meeting point is not in Ortiga, but as we were coming from train station it was on our way. Boat departs from across the Palace hotel. It is allowed to take some snacks with you, we were glad that we did. Just a note - take your own tube for snorkeling as it is not provided for hygienic reasons. Going under the bridge was also fun. Itenary as described.

Recomendable - Very nice walk. An hour admiring this splendid sea. A rocky coast with caves. The fort at the end of the peninsula. It's worth it.

Lovely but one problem - A couple of hours out on the boat looking at caves was fun. It was disappointing that the snorkeling section, there were no snorkels, only masks.

Tour with stops for the bath - Despite the time change communicated with one day notice the excursion went well. Nice and experienced commander who made us take a nice ride with lots of 2 stops for swimming in clear water. Visit the caves and tour around the walls. Overall we are pleased

Wrong boat? - Maybe I ended up on the wrong boat? There was no snorkeling masks, no prosecco and no guide giving information. It was a nice trip anyway but not worth the money. I honestly think it was a different trip then the one I booked.
