Your pickup time from the port will be emailed to you 2-3 days before your disembarkation in Sydney. Please ensure you have access to your emails during this period.

Kindly provide your mobile phone number in case of any changes, or if the driver is unable to locate you at the scheduled time. A text message will be sent to you with the driver’s name and car registration number.

Depending on the size of the traveler’s group and the amount of luggage, you will be accommodated by either a standard sedan or a minivan.

Your driver will be monitoring your ship’s arrival.
