- 3.94 feet (1.2 meters) minimum height restriction applies to all passengers.
- Arrive 20 minutes prior to departure time to check in.
- Any person who may be pregnant, suffer from back, neck, or heart conditions, or have previous injuries that may cause a risk to their health, must not ride. All passenger’s board and ride at their own risk.
- Passengers must advise of any pre-existing medical condition prior to departure
- Bookings are subject to minimum numbers.
- At check in all adult passengers will be required to present a valid picture ID (Licence, Passport, Proof of age card ect) that matches the name listed on the booking. If a valid id cannot be presented or the name does not match, your tickets will be cancelled.
- Passengers under the age of 13 must ride with a parent/guardian who is over the age of 18.

Lots of fun. - Oz Jet Boating was fantastic fun. Very focused on safety and fun. The ride was thrilling and the view of the harbour great. Got very wet but we were told this would happen. Recommend using the longer spray coats to stay a bit drier. A great way to see some of the harbour. Would love to do it again.

More intense activity than I expected - The location was very close to the Opera House, so I didn't have to get lost. I told the receptionist that I had made a reservation and was told to wait a while. After waiting for about 15 minutes nearby, they told us that the session would start at 11 o'clock, and people started to gather one after another. Unfortunately, it rained so much on the day that I was not sure if it would be held, but it was also held in rain. I can wear a red raincoat at will, but I didn't want to get wet, so I put it on. Most of them were coming. I also took off my shoes and socks because they would get wet.
The red raincoat was sweaty enough to make my clothes and body smell until the end of the day, and I wished it was a little cleaner.
The jet boat experience was more thrilling and violent than I expected. It was really cool to have my brother running the boat. There is a service that takes photo shop videos, but if you try to buy it later, it will cost more than $50, so I decided not to buy it. I wish it was included in the service, so I thought that was a bit of a waste.
Even though it was a summer day in February, it was a rainy day and it was very wet and cold, so I recommend taking a change of clothes with you.

Fast & fun! - Kai was our driver and was exceptional, our safety was paramount, he described how and when the 'moves' will happen via hand signals....the 'moves' were all that we expected, 360's plus brake stops, got soaked through🤣ppl with the ponchos provided kept reasonably dry, but its a water activity so expect to get wet, was a fast & fun experience, highly rec this operator

We had a wonderful... - We had a wonderful experience with Oz Jet Boating. The ride was thrilling yet well managed, and even seniors can comfortably enjoy it. It is definitely a must-do activity while visiting Sydney.
Although we were originally booked for the 4:00 p.m. slot, we arrived early and were kindly accommodated on the 3:30 p.m. ride. The poncho provided was useful and helped avoid getting drenched during the ride.

Jet boating at its best. - Shout out to Matt for his thrilling spins and brakes. If you're after a brilliant adventurous way to see beautiful Sydney harbour, this 30 minute ride is for you. We'll run and fun. Highly recommended!!

Just do it, won't regret it. Great! - Alot of fun, highly recommended. Staff were all great. Nothing bad to say. Definitely a must for anyone thinking on it. Just do it, you won't regret it. Get to see parts of the harbour you normally wouldn't see too.

Epic - It was amazing and the pictures and videos we received also show how good it is. I sat at the front so when he done a nose dive I didn’t get as wet as people at the back.

Fun experience - Very funny, you get wet and in the wind it's a little cold, but it's fun. I was hoping for a little more explanation from the guide. A beauty to be able to admire everything because they won't let you take your cell phone or anything. If you can go further in front, the better, for the pictures.

Disappointment underwhelming. Nothing like videos. - Very underwhelming. Nothing like videos. Hardly even a drop of water splashed. The spins were near slow motion. Even my 11 year old nephew was expecting more…… I’m not sure all drivers are so timid, but we wanted an experience not a calm ride……. Being honest very disappointed 😟
