Great time - The food and drink was excellent however, it was only a two hour roundctrip not 3 as paid for . The operator stated that it is always two hours.

Great views - The ride itself provided beautiful photos from the water of all the best landmarks. The food and wine pairing dinner was delicious and well prepared. My only negative is that the service was underwhelming and the bathrooms were very dirty and some of the stalls were out of order.

Bit of a let down - Great service, poor food, nice wines. Can’t recommend it. Window table worth the extra charge as the views of Sydney at night are great.

Great tour concept with inconsiderate guests - This could be a perfect tour except we were on our third course before pulling away from the dock. Then had to stop at another dock to pick up a group that was not at the original pick up point. Also had a group of guest from another table that kept gathering around our table to take selfies through the window. Our waiter did not tell them to stop but another waitress told them they needed to go upstairs for pictures. So the last hour of dinner was nice.

Fabulous food. Disappointing shortening of experience. - Booked for a 3 hour experience which ended up being cut short to 2 hours! Disappointed, especially as there was a refusal for a partial refund - dispute still ongoing.
Since this experience the operator has now changed their advertisement to show 2 hours rather than the 3 it was a few days ago.
The food was absolutely delicious and our waitress was lovely.

On the harbour with a sinking feeling… - The staff were excellent, but for an event sold as the Penfolds Gold Dinner Cruise, featuring some of their finest wines including museum wines, the ‘event’ was more like a scrum.
The food was there, just, although to my great surprise my beef was cooked perfectly. That said, what was presented as a Peking duck appetiser was more quackery, than culinary…anything. The fizz was fuzzy, the Rose - ‘Max’s blend’ defies logic given Max was the Grange creator…the Chardonnay was bland, but the Cab Sav dulled my pain. As for the harbour cruise, the interior lighting robbed most opportunities to realise where we were. I could have had a meal at any one of the fabulous harbour restaurants and seen more.
