Great experience seeing a... - Great experience seeing a beautiful part of Australia. Jason and Tom were great guides full of knowledge and experiences. Added bonus was the stop at the wildlife park where we got to be up close with a koala.

Great trip, great guide, bad weather - Great trip with super knowledgeable and resourceful guide. The weather was rainy and foggy so our view of the Three Sisters was totally fogged out. That said our guide took us to other locations that he normally wouldn’t cover. We still hiked to see some amazing views. Made some great lemonade from a lemon.

Blue mountains tour - The Blue Mountains Wildlife and Bushwalk tour was one of the best tours we did whilst in Australia and our guide Chris was incredible! The scenery was stunning and wildlife sanctuary was so much better than going to the zoo. Chris was super engaging, shared loads of interesting information and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout (especially on the bushwalk).

A fantastic guide - Our guide Jeffrey was incredible. He managed to change our itinerary so we could get ahead of the crowds and the weather. His stories were interesting and his knowledge of the sites and how to get around were greatly appreciated.

Amazing Blue Mountains hike - Chris was an amazing guide through the hike by Wentworth Falls. The hike is through woods and along cutout cliffs. It was not too scary, but there was a medium amount of elevation gain/loss.

Great Blue Mtn Tour with Jason - Jason was the guide and he was EXCELLENT. He took us to places that were beautiful and off the beaten path, so at most of our stops, we were the only group! The value of this was made abundantly clear at our last stop — the Three Sisters — which was overwhelmed with tour buses. Also, his knowledge is encyclopedic — he talked pretty much continuously with valuable info.

Experience Ruined by the Tourguide - My friends and I were very excited for this tour, however, the experience throughout the day was ruined by the tour guide, Patricia. She was rude and unprofessional. She didn't know her material and was always getting aggressive when tourists asked questions to which she didn't know answers. One of the passengers was 1 min late to the bus and she publicly started making fun of her, which was extremely uncalled for. The last drop was when we got to a park where it was forbidden to feed birds and she brought sunflower seeds and said we can all feed the birds. When customers raised the concern about breaking the law, she said that she's above it and we won't get caught. Her driving skills were also concerning at times and did not make us feel safe. I would like this company to really revisit who they are hiring and know that tour guides can contribute to the overall mood and experience of tours and take this matter seriously.
