Best Zoo ever - This is the best zoo I’ve ever been to. The enclosures don’t look or feel like cages, and animals are active. Staff at the zoo are very friendly and knowledgeable. The shows are entertaining and informative.

Highly recommended! - I was on site as a solo traveler and had a really great day. I got some bad reviews at first but I was absolutely thrilled. The enclosures were partially walkable and you put a lot of value on the well-kept picture here. I also found the paths where forests or mountains are simulated absolutely great, I don't know anything like that from Germany.

Blue Mountain excursion - Our excursion with Craig was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The wildlife refuge was a good site to visit. The hike to the falls was considered “moderate “ by Craig. I found it challenging but the others were having no problems. Some of the steps were steep and I used a pole to help but there were hand rails in a lot of places. Craig dropped us at Leura Mall for lunch after giving us a rundown of places to eat. I found it too crowded but we got pizza (which was one recommendation)and it was fast and good. We stopped at couple of other lookouts, which were beautiful sites. Over all a great day ! Thanks Craig!

Great way to see Sydney by water - This was a great way to see Sydney by water. You can take the ferry for 48 which is helpful. I recommend taking the cruise at night to see the city but you do not have the option to hop on and off. The zoo was a good experience but seems better for younger children than teenagers.

Captain Cook Shuttle Boat and Tarongo Zoo - The Captain Cook hop on hop off boat was easy to locate and they provided a detailed schedule for drop off and pick up. The Tarongo Zoo was a wonderful experience. So much to see. The animals looked to be well taken care of. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Experience - Everything went well! The views and attractions were amazing! The ferry was clean and well kept. The HOPO Cruise was a great way to navigate to the "must see" places in Sydney without worrying about not knowing where to go and what to do. The sample itinerary had given us guidance.

Didn’t live up to expectations. - First, the Toronga Zoo exceeded expectations in every way possible. Our Captain Cooke HOHO, however, was very disappointing. While promised the ability to use the boats to hop between locations and take a 60-90 minute cruise of the Sydney Harbor, we were twice refused admission to boats leaving from the Zoo. We were told only those getting off at Manly could get on. So, our two day pass ended up being a round trip from Circular Wuay to the Zoo and back. Highly disappointing.
