Convenient, easy rental! - Easy booking, easy to find the shuttle from the cruise port to the business, easy pickup, easy return and prompt ride back to the cruise port. Car ran great, was very comfortable and having a car to get around the island was so convenient! I'll definitely do this again when we return!

Super satisfied - Super easy to work with. The jeeps aren't perfect, but super reliable and the staff was super helpful especially with travel to and from. We took a taxi to them and then shuttled back with them. It was a great way to explore the island, just wished we had more time. Traffic can be a bear there.

Nice people to rent from.... - Nice people to rent from. Jeep was clean, transportation to and from ship was right on time. Only complaint was the traffic was real bad, like 6 cruise ships in town on same day.

Jeep was fun- shuttle service needs to communicate more - The jeep itself was good. Service once we got to the pick up location was okay. Getting from the port to the rental place was terrible. We waited an hour, some people in our group started walking to the pick up spot. I understand if we weren't supposed to be prioritized over led tours, however, there was no communication about this. We got there and the shuttle was just hanging out. It was ridiculous. However, we still had a great time overall.

What followed was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. When they delivered the Jeep, the lights didn't work, the windows wouldn't go down, and the check engine light was on. I immediately asked to be switched to another vehicle — a completely reasonable request. Instead of fixing the situation, they canceled my reservation on the spot and told me "good luck." It got worse from there. A staff member then THREATENED me — in front of other customers. Not only is that completely unprofessional, it is unacceptable behavior toward any paying customer, period. When I expressed my frustration, they offered to drop me at the airport and wash their hands of me. They then changed their story and said they'd call me a taxi instead. Here's the part that exposed them completely: while I was standing there sorting out a replacement on my own, another group arrived and was put in a Jeep with the same issues — broken lights and manual windows. When THAT group complained, they were switched to a different vehicle immediately with no problem. Same complaint. Two completely different responses. Make it make sense. This company gives broken vehicles, lies about availability, threatens customers, and treats people differently based on who they are. They do not respect their customers, they do not conduct proper business, and they have zero accountability. Do yourself a favor — book with Starlite, Exclusive Car Rental, or Europcar instead. Don't let them ruin your vacation the way they nearly ruined ours.
