The otter splash was a great experience. Getting high fives from the otters was truly memorable. As an added bonus I was able to see a two month old lemur up close (no touching) to help acclimate him to other sights and sounds.

I bought 2 tickets for otter splash because my girlfriend loves otters and it was a surprise. The girl who attended( I think her name was Tessa) us did an amazing job keeping it a secret! And also loved how well trained the otters are, very smart!

Great experience! Very interactive with the otters and the staff ensures they are safe and comfortable at all times. They are such a delight to watch and interact with.

The Otter splash experience was everything I dream it could be and more! I learned so much about otters and the staff was very kind and helpful. I don't think I would go anywhere else when it comes to seeing animals live. Thank you sooo much for providing this to people around the United States.

My face hurt just from smiling so much! The otters were beyond cute and absolutely adorable. The interaction was more than expected with them sitting in your lap, giving high fives, wanting pets, sitting in your hands in the pool, and more! The staff was awesome and knowledgeable. If we have the chance, we will be back again! 100% recommend!

We really enjoyed our time at the park, but especially the Otter Splash encounter (which is the entire reason we drove down from North Carolina). One suggestion would be to provide clear parking directions for the Otter Splash (and any other animal encounters that don't have them). Maybe we missed tin the documentation, but we ended up needing to ask someone at the otter exhibit where we were supposed to meet/park. There are very few places that have animal encounters like you host, I think only one other in the US has otter encounters. I think this is where your zoo's strength really is.
