- Aquarium ticket is included in your Dolphin Swim. Please make sure to bring your confirmation when you enter the aquarium to be eligible.
Additional Information
- Cameras are allowed, but NOT in water.
- Groups may contain up to six participants.
- Please bring a swimming suit and sunscreen.
- This program is accessible for people with special needs, however, consultation is required prior to reservation.
Rules
- Group size maximum of 6 people per 2 dolphins.
- The minimum participant age is 8 years.
- Women who are pregnant may not participate in this experience.
- Only competent swimmers may participate.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of a confirmed reservation can only be done up till 24 hours in advance of the start of the Dolphin program, and can be done by (in)direct phone contact or email contact. The cancellation is only valid after confirmation of cancellation.
- For a cancellations that occur within 24 hours before the start of the program, the full amount of the cost for the reserved Dolphin program will be charged.
- Please be on time! If you arrive too late, your reservation will be cancelled and your credit-card will be charged for the full amount.

The dolphin swim was a lot of fun. Our children, 13 & 10, did the swim on their own. They had a good group of others with them. We never felt like they weren’t safe. We of course couldn’t pass up the professional pictures that were taken. So cool!
