Time kayaking on the Swatara is always therapeutic for the soul and mind! And yesterday’s weather was perfect!
Our guide did a great job of helping us navigate the water.

The guides on the way to the creek gave an excellent history of the creek and the ecosystem. Very responsive to questions and to make our trip enjoyable. We definitely knew what to expect. There were 2 adults and 2 school aged children (10 and 12) on the trip. Highly recommend this for an adventure away from screens! We chose to have a guide go with us since we didn’t know the flow and that helped build our confidence.
