Amazing Family Adventure on Skaftafell Glacier - We had an amazing glacier expedition at Skaftafell—extremely well supervised and perfectly organized from start to finish. The team was always available beforehand to answer all our questions, which made us feel very confident going in. A special mention to Laura, our guide this morning—she was fantastic: attentive, professional, and great with our two children. We felt safe at all times. Troll.is is a very serious and professional company—you can book with your eyes closed, even with kids. Excellent Guide and beautiful experience - We were lucky enough to be led by Erin who was very helpful and friendly. She made sure everyone was having a good time and was safe throughout the experience. We thought it was a great time but you should be aware that there is a lengthy walk to get to the glacier and then back to the tour bus so roughly half of your time or maybe more is not actually spent on the glacier. There was an area closer to the glacier that some groups parked at but it appeared our bus was too large to park there so we had to do a much longer walk. The equipment provided was great and instructions on how to use it were clear. Would recommend.

Great Excursion for all abilities! - Great Experience and just a great day on the glacier and Anna was a great guide. Highly recommend her if you can request guides we highly recommend on doing this excursion since in the next 25 to 50 years the glacier may be gone half of what it is today.

He clearly loves Iceland and knows it inside and out, but what impressed me most was how much he cared about everyone in the group. Whether it was explaining safety steps clearly, answering every question with patience, or taking the time to personalize the experience for us, he struck the perfect balance of fun and responsibility. He made sure no one felt rushed and that we truly had time to soak in the beauty of the places we visited. The landscapes and sights were breathtaking on their own, but Johan elevated them by bringing context, humor, and storytelling that made it all come alive. Disappointed by the monitor's ungainly attitude - We went on a little glacier tour. My experience was negative because of the attitude of the monitor. An apparently American red-haired girl who I think was named Helen or Herren. He never smiled or inspired the group. Making the route very monotonous and boring. In such a simple activity the attitude of the monitor is everything. End up disappointed.

Terrible - This company advertised a 3-hour glacier tour, but it only lasted about 2 hours. It was not due to weather — the guide ended early without explanation. None of my follow-up messages were answered. Very disappointing and misleading experience. I wouldn’t recommend this operator.
