Great Service!! - We had a great experience last week! Driver was right where he said he would be. Last minute once of our friends switched their flight to Southwest and we had to go to a different terminal to get them. He was friendly in helping make sure we got them picked up! Our ride home was prompt and easy as well. They were there at the scheduled time and we had no issues. We will only use them from now on!

100% Recommend - I cannot recommend this company enough. We have used the Private VIP Transfers at least 5 times now while visiting Cancun. Every time has been great. The driver is on time or early, the service is excellent, and the refreshments are plentiful. Manual was our driver this trip...he was excellent. We enjoyed our driving time with him. 100% recommend.

Excellent Service - We arrived on February 21st from Philadelphia and were staying at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. I wanted to avoid sharing a shuttle ride with others and booked a private reservation directly with Cancun Cheap Transfers after reading reviews on Tripadvisor. All my online correspondence and pre-payment for round trip transportation to our hotel was handled courteously and efficiently. All I had to do was look for the driver at a designated spot outside the airport arrivals terminal exit door. Be aware that it is complete chaos outside the airport arrivals terminal. There are dozens of other companies holding up signs looking for their passengers and it is necessary to locate a spot under the outdoor parking canopy that has numbers hanging from the ceiling. Find a numbered spot and stand under it and then text them when you arrive and they will meet you at that spot if they haven't already found you with their company sign that has your name on it. Its that simple. I cant say enough how relaxing and relieving it is to step into a large air conditioned vehicle from the chaos of that airport and be driven non-stop directly to the front entrance of your hotel. Our return trip back to the airport on March 1st was equally easy and comfortable. The driver picks you up at the front entrance of the hotel at a pre-arranged designated time. Nice pleasant driver. Easy conversation. In my opinion, this service was worth every cent. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and intend to when we return again next February. Very nice people to deal with--as many are in the hotel zone. I felt completely comfortable and safe.

Waited half hour after plane landed before they arrived - Had to call the service twice as they were not waiting with a sign (as they advertised they would). It would have been faster to take a taxi. Will need to use someone else to get back to airport because we all need to be able to trust a reliable schedule when it comes to travel.

Had to wait 10 mins not a huge deal - Driver was not there as scheduled. I paid extra for private transportation and wanted a driver waiting to avoid the chaos when exiting the airport. Booking through viator the name of the company was not disclosed and I reached out to them asking the name of the company a few days prior so I could look for the sign upon arrival. They responded quickly with details for the pick up, but did not provide the name of the company. The morning of the trip I confirmed again. They confirmed again however upon arrival the person was not there. I had to wait about 10 or so minutes texting back and forth with the company. Again I asked for the name of the company so that I could look for the company sign in case I missed it or they did not post my name. Finally they responded with the name, Cheap Transportation. The irony was the price was not cheap. Being late was not a huge deal BUT if you have ever been to Cancun the airport is crazy with people trying to get your attention for sales and transportation. While I waited I had so many people approach me it was annoying and what I was trying to avoid. Once I connected with the driver all was fine. Vehicle was clean, offered a beverage water or beer. Wasn't super engaging which was fine, I think he picked up on my energy. I am usually super chatty with drivers but was exhausted from my travels.
