Great Food Tour of Sydney’s Surrey Neighborhood - We were 3 foodies on a girls trip to Sydney and had a grand time on this tour. Kylie was knowledgeable and fun and had a variety of spots and cuisines to choose from. It was quite hot out and she kept us in the shade, hydrated and very well fed. Lamingtons to start and then Japanese, Indian, Vietnamese and Turkish spots with the Australian influences in each. She was also able to manage an allergy and make accommodations so no one missed out. I’ve been on food tours in many cities around the world and this one was excellent.

A relaxing day filled with great food - We booked the food tour with Kylie as a catch up with friends. Kylie was a great host and chose an excellent selection of stops. We visited 6 places in total and were stuffed by the end. At every eatery, we sat down while Kylie arranged everything, it was seamless. Although our group are all from Sydney, there were a few places we've marked to visit again!

What a great experience this was! - The short strolls between eateries not only allowed us to shake down the beautiful food (and make room for more), but also gave our tour guide, Kylie, the opportunity to tell us about the history of Surry Hills and point out interesting architecture and developments. Forkabout staff have obviously done a great deal of research into the eateries in the area and the foods we tasted were scrumptious. By the time we finished the tour, I felt as if we'd had a mini world trip. Highly recommended.

One of a kind food tour - This food tour was an incredible experience. I highly recommend this tour. I have been to many food tours when traveling, but this one by far is on the top of my list. Each stop made the food selections were carefully chosen to provide a diverse unique experience. Choosing items not commonly found elsewhere. While also providing background on the history of the migrants who have played a major role on the food culture in Australia.

Delicious way to spend an afternoon - I highly recommend this tour. Months later and I still mention it to people. I’m a Sydney local and did it with family member visiting from overseas. We ate so much delicious food (from places that I had never heard of) and were given recommendations of many more places to try. Cannot recommend this enough!

Kylie is the best! - This was a great tour of the food in the Surrey Hills neighborhood. Kylie, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and a true food lover. She took us on a very international experience in her own backyard. She was also helpful recommending other foody spots around Sydney. We were even able to bring our 15 y/o along with no problem, unlike some other tours in the area.
