Guests can choose to unwind or join our tour guide on the ‘Tipplers Walking Trail’. This is a 45-minute guided round-trip walk, suitable for most fitness levels, leading visitors across the island through a stunning dense forest of Australian native vegetation to the secluded eastern beach. Here, the only other visitors might be a wallaby or two!
This remote eastern beach of South Stradbroke Island is an ideal spot for photography, offering views south to Surfers Paradise in the distance. It is also a perfect vantage point to observe the migrating Humpback Whales during their annual migration from June to October!
- Tipplers Cafe - After returning from ‘The Tipplers Walking Trail’, guests can relax and enjoy lunch and a drink at the Tipplers Cafe, accompanied by the native wallabies!
‘Beachcomber’ will be moored or anchored nearby if guests wish to return to the boat to enjoy fishing or relax on the water in comfort. Our Skipper will be on board to ensure your needs are met!
