My 6 yo and I loved it! - My 6 yo and I had a great time. They gave us all the warnings and I had to read a disclaimer going in. They said there are very dark parts and loud parts that may scare my son. They said minimum recommended age is 8, but we still went. They gave us a dimly lit torch which I think helped my son a lot. He loved it as did I. If you have young kids that scare easy, probably not a great idea, but my son can't stop talking about it and we had a blast!

Fun on a night out in Surfers. - A fun walkthrough with a variety of illusions, mazes and effects that you can venture through at your own pace. Recommend doing this during evening/night with friends or significant other.

Awesome but long wait times - The experience was awesome. Wait times were long we waited online for an hour even though we booked a specific time slot. Tickets were cheaper at the venue.

Fun, but over pretty... - Fun, but over pretty quickly, and most of the rooms are a bit samey (mirror and lights with loud noises).

A mazing - A mazing - I think you shood encourage people to stay longer in the different sections as they do feel uncomfortable as it is a unique experience. I probably rushed feeling good I had completed the maze. In hindsight I should have spent longer enjoying feeling uncomfortable

Trip advisor is a rip off - Infinity was a great venue to visit. Trip advisor charged us $129 AUD for a family of 4. When we got to the venue there prices were $92 AUD for a family of 4.

Unsafe and traumatic experience - Unsafe and Traumatic Experience Our visit to Infinity was extremely distressing and unsafe. What was advertised as a laser sensory experience unexpectedly included a terrifying “house of horrors” element, with no prior warning. In a moment of panic, we found no visible emergency exits. We used an intercom labeled “In a panic, press button”, expecting assistance, but the directions given only led us further inside. This resulted in my extremely distressed daughter desperately banging on doors, begging to be let out. Staff were aware of our distress but offered no help. This experience was misleading and unsafe. There were no proper emergency exits, no clear warnings about what to expect, and no staff intervention when needed. I strongly urge Infinity to address these serious safety concerns before someone else has to endure the same ordeal.

claustrophobic attention - Attention. I couldn't do the attraction because as soon as the dark enters there is a kind of maze and I did 1 thing of anguish. So avoid if you're claustrophobic. Too bad that black guy at the entrance...:-(
