Great way to see the town... - Great way to see the town from the water and the land all at once. If you have limited time, but want a thorough tour of the Gold Coast, this trip is for you.

Highly recommended - An excellent way to get a snapshot of the Gold Coast with excellent tour guides, that make it fun & informative.

Tour - Met 15 minutes prior to journey to book in and board Firstly given tour on land and commentary given We then entered the water "who knew a bus could swim" Went round the marina, saw all the millionaires houses and yachts. Worth the experience for children as there is a quack siren on bus and they are given optional duck tattoo transfers whilst we are on the water. Plenty of duck gifts to purchase if you wish from the boat. Overall great experience that I hadn't done before and saw sights I didn't know was there.

FUN - It was fun something I've wanted to do for a long time since I was young it's great to do things that are on your own back doorstep

A quacking good time - We always go on hop on-hop on busses to find out more about the locations we visit. This tour was very informative and the skipper and tour guide was top class. Also nice to see the Gold Coast from land and water.

Aquaduck - Loved this experience so much fun. The kids actually got to drive the duck on the water! Would recommend searching around for the best deals on this experience

Best of bot worlds - The ride was nice with lots of laughter. The best part of the tour was the commentary. If visiting the Gold Coast this would be nice to try out.

Quack R Duck bad business - I had booked via Booking.com months earlier. My son who is Autistic was really looking forward to going on the Quack R Duck. Unfortunately you can't control the weather and a severe storm began the night before and it was still very windy, raining and the surf was wild the next day, when we were going on the Quack R Duck. It was January 18th 2026 and the trip was at 2.15pm. I started to email Quack R Duck that morning with the worrying weather. I explained that my son was Autistic and the weather had made him panic about going on the Quack R Duck. Neither of us are great swimmer's and He was so stressed because of the weather that he was sure the Quack R Duck would sink. Eventually a lady from Quack R Duck called me and I explained that the rain, wind and large waves was going to be a problem for my son and that Unfortunately we would not be able to attend. Her reply was, "Well you both have 20 minutes and the we leave," then she hung up. I was so upset. They could of arranged it for the next day that was a beautiful day but they just shut me down. No refund. They even sent me an email to let me know how happy they are that my son and I enjoyed the Quack R Duck. Horrible business. Don't pre book. I'm a single mother on Disability Support Pension so that was a lot of money I spent to go on the Quack R Duck and I car for my son who is Autistic and Intellectually impaired. This was something he wanted to go on so badly but the weather had made him very stressed and he began to panic. You can't predict the weather when you pre book. They won't give you your money back under any circumstances. It would of been a horrible tour as the rain would of been wetting you through the classless windows and what sights would you enjoy seeing when your getting wet and your cold and drenched and the wind is blowing and then you enter the ruff surf, tossing you everywhere. Quack R Duck you let my son down and you will always be a horrible memory of our time at the Gold Coast.

Computers made me turn up. - All morning I received emails saying my Tour was happening when I arrived it wasn’t. And I haven’t received my money back.
