Cruise was great, staff was great. Food was fair. I requested a can of Pepsi and the ship was not stocked. I was told that it was busy on the cruise prior to ours. I would still do it again.
This was the first dinner cruise my husband & I had ever been on. The Crystal Coast Lady was so much fun and the staff was very accommodating. The food was very good! We enjoyed it so much, we're going again in August and taking our daughter. I highly recommend them!
Well worth the money, this was our 27th Wedding Anniversary. The crew was very friendly and knowledgable of the Beaufort waters. Captain did a great job narrating the cruise. The atmosphere was great and made some new friends during the cruise. Also the food was better than expected except for me knocking over the tea in my wife's lap. We saw the dolphins and about 40 horses on the island with an amazing sunset. Cannot say enough about this evening on the cruise which was a full 2 hours. Very satisfied. If you are visiting Beaufort or live in the area for a different night out, take the cruise. It is worth every dime.
The biggest opportunity for improvement, that I noticed, was the dinning situation. I've never been on a Sunset Dinner Cruise on the Crystal Coast Lady and the dinning was not ideal. The food was good but eating off flimsy foam plates was a turn off. The passengers seemed to be grumpy from the start but the crew was cordial. My husband and I made the most of the Cruise and we had fun because we were together.
The experience was great, however the food was not that good and more drink options besides sweet tea would be nice.
It was a great time. The food was great and the tour was nice. The staff was very friendly. The boat was a bit dated and could have been a little cleaner which is why I am not rating a full 5 stars. Otherwise, it was a great time!
enjoyed the crew and the meal. just a beatiful ride
No one told our party that the food was served on lower deck. We expected the upper deck to be decorated.
I enjoyed the trip to the up most. With a dinner cruise I was expecting to see some decorations. But everything else was good. I will do it again.
Would prefer to select my seat when I purchase the tickets. Seemed a rush to locate a seat. Fortunately for us, there were about 50 guests as opposed to the 200 that the boat can accommodate. The boat appeared to be a bit outdated, interior, though it was comfortable. The weather cooperated for the evening cruise, the captain was informative pointing out the sights we passed and the crew members were pleasant. The food was plentiful and tasty.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner cruise. The food was very good and we appreciated the excellent service from the Captain and crew!
Cruise was great. Drink and dessert selection could have been better tho.
Somewhat disappointed. There were tables without cloth or candles. Food was dry & cold Other than that - staff was fantastic Friendly. We had hoped for more open water near Cape. Not sure if we would recommend for the price
