Guests will be picked up from their hotel at 4:20 PM and taken directly to a local village for an ox-cart ride through the village houses and rice paddy fields. A local guide, who is an English-speaking student, will accompany the guests and explain the cultivation of rice, corn, and watermelon during the ride, leading up to a dining experience prepared for a sunset view. The meal will include a three-course menu featuring:
