Very good experience! Loved al 4 trips and the arrangements where organised good. - I made 4 trips with Ben. We had contact through email a month before i came. The suggested trips and dates where perfect for me. The day before i arrived he contacted me. I paid on the first day and he was 10 minutes early. He made smal changes to the itinerary which made it even better. He drives very safe! I had a great time and great experience.

Great birding and big 5 safari nearby - My time with Xplore Afrika was beyond amazing This type of your is for all ages and types of people. I was picked up, transported in a very good quality vehicle to Pilanesberg and was assigned a great and friendly driver guide. I was exceptionally lucky that I got a literal private tour with me being the only one in the safari vehicle. I have seen and photographed more than 40 bird species and have seen 3 out of the big 5 (unfortunately the leopard which is in a healthy numbers here wasn't very active during my tour) +any other animals like mongooses, hippos, crocodiles, 6 species of antilope and even a sleeping brown hyena on a mountain slope. Tour was 6 and half hours in total and was well balanced with lunch being covered too. Lunch area was beautiful with couple of amazing shops and also a lot of animals around who naturally congregate to the place as people of the park provide them a much necessary salt blocks/rocks in harsher parts of the year (a practice well known all around the globe in game management and conservation practices). The organizer is also open for good deals beyond what is offered at the start. All in all, I would highly recommend this experience and thank you Mr Ben for organizing this for me

Great Safari one day trii - I recently did a full-day safari trip from Johannesburg to Pilanesberg National Park, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! As someone short on time but desperate to see Africa’s iconic wildlife, this was the perfect solution. Our guide Ben was fantastic. Arranging and driving us to the park. The guide in safari is incredibly knowledgeable about the animals, their behaviors, and the park’s ecosystem. He was patient, enthusiastic, and went out of his way to track down sightings, including multiple elephants, rhinos (even getting fairly close!), giraffes, zebras, hippos lounging in the water, and tons of antelope species. We even spotted a leopard – a real highlight that made the day feel truly special. While we didn’t catch buffalo this time (they can be elusive!), seeing four out of the Big 5 in one day was thrilling. The open jeep experience made everything feel authentic and immersive – wind in your hair, unobstructed views, and that genuine safari vibe. The drive from Johannesburg (about 2.5–3 hours each way) was comfortable, with hotel pickup/drop-off, water, and a delicious lunch overlooking a waterhole where more animals came to drink. Everything was smoothly organized – punctual, safe, and hassle-free. For anyone visiting Johannesburg who wants a genuine taste of the African bush without flying to Kruger or spending nights away, this day trip is a must-do. It’s tiring (long day, early start), but 100% worth it for the memories and photos. We returned to the city exhausted but exhilarated. Highly recommend – 5 stars all the way! Great tour, fantastic guidance - Ben picked us up in time at the hotel and then drove to the park. Along the way he told us and showed us a lot of South Africa. Arriving at the nature park we saw a lot of wildlife. After the tour Ben was ready to give us an extra short tour of beautiful South Africa. A great tour, very nice guide.

Pilanesberg National Park one-day safari - Highly recommend booking this experience with no other than Ben. He was on time, kind and friendly. He gave plenty of information about south africa on the ride to and from the reserve. The reserve was spectacular. We were lucky enough to be guided by tao (aka "T") who was really well informed about each animal and didnt hesitate to share with us all this knowledge. He was friendly and funny. We ended up seeing 4 of the big 5 along many others animals, and on top we saw 2 of the 4 endangered cheetas of the site. Unforgetable experience, thanks to them!

Amazing - The tour is very amazing, we get to see most of the big five animals and it was really close. The safari car is nice and big, and they provide blanket if you feel cold during the tour. This is really once in a lifetime experience and highly recommended to join!

Things sometimes didn’t go as expected - Everything was good except the animals didn’t come out as expected because of the heat, at the end didn’t see a single lion. If i knew this earlier, would have taken the walking with lion package.
