Big five and more... - We saw so many animals and had an amazing experience in the park. Philipp was also a very informed and kind tour guide on the road and provided much information and accommodated all our requests.

Great Short Safari and Other Stops - The full-day trip (half-day safari) was great! We saw the majority of the Big 5. Having been on a 2-day safari in the past, the shorter safari was exactly what I needed. Our guide to and from the safari, "MK", was terrific. He was knowledgeable, personable, and knew everyone along the way between Johannesburg and Pilanesberg!

Very nice day - We had a great day at Little Prince Park with our 6 and 8 year old daughters who loved it!
Perfectly adapted to their ages.
We were able to do all the attractions, including the hot air balloon, thanks to good weather conditions that day.
Very well designed park, combining nature, animals and attractions.
Welcoming and smiling staff.
Only downside for the Self Service "la table de st Exupéry" that I advise against, type canteen of poor quality / price ratio.

Safari tour - The tour was simply awesome. The guide was very knowledgeable. The only complaint wasin the advertisement of the tour. The description stayed lunch included but when we were stopped ed for lunch we were told because we had an open air jeep (it was 13 of us) that our tour did not cover the cost of lunch. We were told the jeep had to be a closed jeep. Didn’t understand that because we were told the cost was the same. I told the tour company that they should revise the description of the tour to make it much clearer.

Pilanesberg NP - Its roughly a 2hr drive from Rosebank area . 3hr tour of Pilanesberg NP not really full day. Seen loads of wild life Rhino Lion Elephant Zedbra Giraffe. Guide took us to a market which was over charging on souvenirs. Was not in a company car but was clean and comfortable. Overall not bad . Would recommend but be aware its not really full day safari.

We were ripped off!!! - I was scammed, Viator charges you something and then Virgio Tours tells you that they did not update the prices and charges you extra on the day of the excursion, beware of hiring this provider are scammers do not buy or hire because they will have unwanted surprises on their vacation. I made a claim on Viator and was told that "unfortunately they can't do anything" so they are complicit! Do not buy anything in either!

Tour didn’t happen - The driver didn't show up to our hotel at our confirmed time, despite us booking this safari nearly a year in advance. The communication was horrible and there wasn't a resolution offered until it was much too late to salvage our day. Both the safari company and Viator rejected our refund requests, despite their clear failure to provide the service as scheduled. I'd highly recommend booking with any other provider.
