Great tour of colonial city and volcano - We had a great experience with Herbert Burgos as our guide. He is very knowledgeable about the history of his country and its flora and fauna. We loved our tour of Suchitoto where he explained the architecture and history of the city. He also gave us sufficient time to poke around on our own. Then at El Boqueron we learned all about this magnificent national park. The highlight was spotting the national bird! We had a splendid day. Thanks. Highly recommended.

Osmaro was the best tour guide! - Osmaro was simply the best tour guide we had on this trip. He was incredibly knowledgeable, outgoing, and kind. The information he gave us felt honest and truthful without inflating reality. The tour was comfortable and we were picked up right on time from our hotel. The guide was willing to answer all our questions about El Salvadoran culture and current events. We enjoyed the tour so much that we ended up hiring the company once more for another tour. I highly recommend the tour company and Osmaro. I’d book with them again.

Time & Money Well Spent - Awesome tour that included a stop at the historic Downtown of San Juan, a visit inside of Iglesia El Rosario, a walk around the colonial town of Suchitoto and entrance into El Boqueron National Park. I had the pleasure of being assigned to 𝙃𝙀𝘽𝙀𝙍𝙏. He is punctual, professional, organized and has extensive knowledge of & love for El Salvador’s history. . We had sufficient time to take pictures at each stop. And my guide’s recommendations were spot on….. especially the lunch spot specializing in pupusas! He even showed us how Salvadorans traditionally eat them (….. 𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘏𝘈𝘕𝘋 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘪𝘱 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘪𝘯 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘥𝘰 & 𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘢)! . I can highly recommend all three…… this 𝙩𝙤𝙪𝙧, 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧 (Eco Tours Petate) and 𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚 (Hebert)!

Something that can’t be missed! - Wow, what can I say? Our tour guide Os was wonderful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He took us all around and added in extra since we had time. In one day we were able to see more than we thought possible! Os also took us to an amazing restaurant with an overlook view that had spectacular food! Thank you so much. We look forward to seeing you again on our next trip!
