Mostar, located on the Neretva River, is the fifth-largest city in the country. It derives its name from the bridge keepers (mostari) who, during medieval times, protected the Stari Most (Old Bridge) over the Neretva. The Old Bridge, constructed by the Ottomans in the 16th century, is one of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s most iconic landmarks and is regarded as a prime example of Islamic architecture in the Balkans.
In the late afternoon, guests will be transported back to their hotel.
