Stretch Limo Wine Tour of the Finger Lakes

We reserved the wine tour in the Lincoln Town Car Stretch Limo for a girls trip. We were very excited about a girls day out in the limo. We were greeted in the morning with a mini van instead of the stretch limo - and were provided with no warning or explanation the day of our tour in regards to the swap. Disappointment and frustration overtook the first half of our trip. On the day of the trip - we had trouble getting anyone from FLWT on the phone, and once we did - none of the staff could provide any explanation to us. We made the most of things, because we were there to have a good time. Our driver stepped up his game, and was very kind. However, we are very disappointed with our transportation experience and the customer service from FLWT. I finally received a return phone call this afternoon (Monday afternoon after our Saturday trip) that there were 'safety concerns' with the limo when it was inspected Saturday morning, and they had to outsource the trip for another company to fulfill. FLWT is offering a $100 refund for our experience. We appreciate the gesture of the partial refund, but still feel we overpaid for the hassle and frustration.

Service was amazing. It started with great assistance on setting up an itinerary to having amazing recommendations from our driver for premier photo opportunities and food. The service arrived early, was incredibly clean and well stocked. The value for the service can't be beat. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and we will be returning again next summer for another rental! A special thank you to our driver/host who really helped make the day incredible for us.

We lost time due to car malfunctions - the car wouldn't unlock and it lost AC for a portion of the ride. We also had to drive up to meet the limo from our rental, as we were unaware of the steep and narrow driveway to get down to the house (which was completely on us, but we made sure to contact the limo company a day prior to let them know). At the last vineyard, our driver Jackie called to say it was time to go, we asked if we could finish our drinks quickly and she responded "no I have things to do and this is cutting into my time." She then proceeded to get out of the limo to stare us down from our seats, and waved us over to hurry us up. Our route was no more than 10 miles, we paid a good amount of money and were very patient and understanding with the issues in the car. We weren't asking to go to additional vineyards or to wait as we ordered another round. We simply wanted to finish our last drink. The service was completely unprofessional and the car issues were unacceptable given the cost.

Bryan, our driver, was fantastic! He took excellent care of us, lots of great personal touches and made sure we got to each place on time. There were a few small issues with the temperature control in the back of the limo, and Bryan was very helpful in making sure we stayed comfortable the whole time.
