Dan our driver got us to and from our destinations safely so for that I am grateful. That being said there were some things we were extremely disappointed with, firstly it was raining out, and Dan did not help any of us with umbrellas or loading our things into the vehicle (which would have just been a gentlemanly thing to do) . Once we were all settled in the limousine, we tried to get the AC & Radio to work… Air conditioner was blowing HOT air and the radio was not working. It would have been nice of our driver to try and get these up and running before we even got into the vehicle. Or if we would have known the radio wasn’t working maybe we would have brought a Bluetooth speaker. But also for paying over $1000 for a limo you would think these things would be worked out before we were picked up. Really kills the mood to have zero music and be in a sweat box. Overall sorry to say… NOT IMPRESSED! For future parties fix your leaky roof, have working AC and make sure the music is ready to go!

Wonderful service! Our driver went out of her way to find us a place to order and pick up lunch that fit perfectly in to our schedule! She didn’t even bulk by our family sing alongs and gave us insight in to the area and things to try!
