Convenient - Convenient ticket to visit the islands. We only visited Isola Bella because there you are about 3/4 hours! You can then just sit on the boat, because Isola Bella is the last stop.

Wonderful - The lake is the boromees islands are beautiful The villages around the lake are splendid and the people so kind. Do not hesitate to visit the islands and villas with garden.

Too bad about the disorganization - 21/07/22, after booking tickets for the ferries tour MOTHER ISLAND and BEAUTIFUL ISLAND, with tours of visits to the aforementioned islands, we arrive at the boarding and there was no one. The other people at work for other companies told us, "Now someone's coming, wait here." After more than 20 minutes of waiting, the attendant arrives and tells us to head a hundred meters from the cage "under the white flag". We run and meet a guy who tells us that the boat had just left!!! . We point out that that inefficiency would have cost us another wait that would have forced us to visit MOTHER ISLAND in just 45 minutes not to miss the last ferry to BEAUTIFUL ISLAND. . We managed to do the whole excursion, the first one running, the second one more relaxed. We found the same attendant who, very nicely, asked us if we had made it... we answered affirmatively but we still complained about the disservice not dependent on our will... we were in time... it would have been enough to point IMMEDIATELY to the small pier and the white flag and we would not have lost 45 precious minutes for our visit. . I also add... what is the use of booking online, printing tickets and arriving on time if you then have to go with tickets online in a locker to get them "converted" into white tickets filled out by hand on a notebook??? . Imagine the difficulty for foreign tourists (even though the operators spoke most of the European languages) who decide to book online. . 3 stars just because the places are breathtaking... otherwise I would have put 2.

Very poor organization, few explanations and even less availability - Very bad experience we spend our time waiting for the boats for half an hour or even three quarters of an hour because they do not all stop at the same places not to mention the fact that you have to pay 6€ more to have the right to go down to the Borromean Islands where there is not much to visit except the merchants and if you want to visit the palaces the rates are very high. Please allow for water as it is very difficult to find water at all stages of the tour.

NOT OFFICIAL SERVICE, DO NOT TAKE IT - They disgues themselves as "the official" service, literally hooking you up when you are in the parking lot or in line to get the ticket from the official one. Instead they are nothing more than a private taxi company and, as usually happens in Italy for the taxies, it's a fraude. NO RECEIPT whatsoever, and when I asked to pay with credit card( I refused to pay off the books) the rate for the children ( she is 10 years old) that he offered me before, was suddenly only avalaible for infants only, so I had to pay the adult rate. SECURITY: The service, from a safety and security point of view it's an HAZARD and totally UNSAFE, as they don't secure themselves when getting at the hairbours with ANYTHING, they just mantain the boat in line with the engine on. Their attitude, when mentioning any of the above has been extremely arrogant, disgraceful and rude. DON'T TAKE IT, go for the OFFICIAL SERVICE instead

Disaster - Like three years ago, ineptitude and insolence. We wanted the ticket with which you can reach all stations, because we already knew the islands, especially to the other side of the lake. However, they have simply divided the stations into 3 areas so that you can not drive e.g. from Baveno to Luino. When we wanted to book the ferry to Bella at the counter he just went to the approaching ship and helped the other two inspectors stamp the 15 people
