Failure to notify us of a different arrival flight may incur additional charges for a second wait, as we will be expecting you on the originally scheduled flight.

Upon arrival at Cancun Airport, a company representative will send you a WhatsApp message with specific details on where to meet. Do not worry, we will be there even if your flight is delayed.

This ticket is valid for one Ida service only.
