Best walking tour! - We only booked for 2 hours because of the time we were scheduled to arrive to hotel. But when Andres started the walking tour we knew we had to extend. We took so many pictures of the beautiful city and surrounding islands. The weather was perfect for our low season trip. Definitely worth it for the sightseers!

Great guide and flexible to our interests. - Andres was very knowledgeable, knew all the areas of town, took us to the best photo places and was very good with places, dates and people. He arranged our tour so we didn’t overlap what we had already planned for our second day at museums. Great guide and flexible to our interests.

Great Stockholm Tour - Stockholm is a easy walkable and beautiful city. Our tour guide, Monika, was very knowledgeable and easy with understand. You could tell she had a great love for the city and loved telling about it.

Amazing tour from start to finish - Our guide Eddine was a lovely host. As this was a private walking tour, we were able to customize what we wanted and the only request we had made was wanting a tour of Gamla Stan. He met us at our hotel and we headed off right away to see City Hall which gave a great view of the harbor. Eddine was full of knowledge and pointed out little details we would have completely missed on our own and gave a lot of history for every place we stopped. We felt that we got a very thorough tour of Gamla Stan and we were able to go back later on our own and navigate.
Throughout the tour,our guide would ask questions to determine where we wanted to go next or what he should focus on. We decided to go to Sodermalm and he pointed out where parts of the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo were filmed and based on. Perhaps the surprise highlight was towards the end of the tour when we walked to the overlook in Sodermalm and got a great view of Stockholm.
Our guide was also able to point out places to eat for after the tour ended and explained how to use the public transit in Stockholm. He recommended eating in Sodermalm and then heading back to the hotel and we're glad we followed his advice. As this is a private guided tour, I feel every group will have their own experience but this tour was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed the pacing and it was a lot of walking, but well worth it for how much information we were able to learn in a short amount of time.
Given the chance, we'd book again.

Nice guide, sloppy system - 1) Our guide was nice and very knowledgable all around the inner parts of the city and he would have been able to give us multiple many-many ours of tours, which made the tour quite easy to customize. On the other hand, the speech felt rehearsed, which is not for me personally.
2) The IT system around the tour was really bad, I had to submit my details and preferences 3-5 times and then the guide asked me for them and they were all very shady (some might have been phishing).

Expensive visit of average quality - Two-hour tour of Stockholm by bike with a guide, in French.
Pros:
- friendly guide (French teacher) who has interesting cultural knowledge about the city and the country;
- more than satisfactory bikes from Stockholm adventures
Cons:
- guide who did not have a good command of French (difficulty in understanding it sometimes, we had to find the words for her, the children had difficulty following) and who had not prepared the visit by questioning us via WhatsApp (she improvised on D-day and she had no precise documentation to provide us);
- the tourist must give his Visa card for a bank imprint (deposit of 1500 euros for the 6 bikes) to the bike hirer, there is no insurance by Guydeez!!;
- cost of the exorbitant activity (380 euros) knowing that after consulting the rates with "Stockholm adventures" the 6 bikes returned for the day at 175 euros and do not forget the guide asked us the price we paid to reveal to us (herself shocked) that she was paid 40 euros for the 2h visit!!! Which means Guydeez took a margin of 165 euros to establish an invoice, a bicycle reservation and a contact with a guide (who is not one really) underpaid!!!!
I believe that we (tourists as a guide) will no longer be fooled by Guydeez who advances prices 30% cheaper than the competition and who, in fact, carries out low-paid subcontracting and very average quality. This is the first and last time with them!

Disappointing - Private bicycle tour
The bikes were in very bad condition and we regularly wasted time in rectifying what was not working. Yet the reservation was made 2 months in advance, ample time to put 7 bikes in good condition. The guide was very nice, but not a guide- a French teacher. There's been a little compensation, but it's enough to make fun of us.
