Great tour of Gamla Stan... - Great tour of Gamla Stan with focus on local favorites. Met under the 200-year-old chestnut tree. We were early and so was our guide which resulted in some extra time on our tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and took great care of us. Afterwards had dinner at Under Kastanjen Bistro which was not only convenient but also delicious and delightful.

Highly recommend! - We had an amazing tour with our very friendly and knowledgeable guide Adam. He was perfect and helped us get to know the area and its history.

We had a great experience... - We had a great experience with the young guide. Though I had some difficulties in walking he graciously adjusted the tour to cover the most attractive and the important items. There are a good number of things to see. He also explained the history behind each monuments and structures. I would recommend this tour though I was not sure that it was a walking tour.

Visit the alleys of Stockolm - You must definitely take a walk around the city and get lost in the streets to enjoy it. From one street to another the city has another face. The facades are beautiful

Old Town Tour Didn’t Meet Expectations - The Old Town tour of Stockholm was shorter than expected, ending about 40 minutes early, and the guide focused more on chatting with us than sharing the city’s history. We had hoped for a bit more of a guided experience.

Guide never showed up - The guide never showed up... we've waited for 40 min and nobody came. We've discussed with TripAdvisor by chat and the refund was launched immediately.

No show from tour guide! - Awful, tour guide didn't even bother to show up so didn't get to experience the tour. Waited over 45 mins for the tour guide. Bwing a soli travellwr first time in Stickholm, I found this shocking! Terrible service.

Bad organisation - Our nightmare started with a delayed plane without any reason.Since we landed too late we were in a hurry to be there on time for the city tour. We had to look for the metro station first and when we found it and arrived successfully in Stockholm Centralen the satnav led us to the starting point of the tour in circles. We never found the starting point of the city tour despite sat nav during our entire stay. A different starting point or a better description of the route to the starting point, e.g. with pictures of neighboring buildings, would be better. Or a description for people arriving by public transport. On the way in the search of the starting point we met 2 tour groups of city tours but none was ours. We wanted to contact our guide of the city tour but we didn't have an email address or a phone number. Since no one had looked for us and contacted us we have Gamla Stan after that checked ourselves and would therefore have liked our money back ! Ps the contact information of the guide should be completed for such emergency situations
