Approximate times of... - Approximate times of arrival at each location. Confusion on the stop at Hard Rock Cafe and Bibliotech. Needs to be clarified. Excellent service and great drivers

Bar code ticket - Make sure you print the bar code ticket. My friend did not even though she had the confirmation document they would not accept.

Did not disappoint! - The buses are clean, drivers are friendly and helpful. The route takes you by and through all the necessary highlights of the city. We do these jump on/off buses to get an idea of the layout of the land. This one did not disappoint!! The app is a must. To be able to track the location of the busses and boats allows you to plan your day without any waste of time. Busses were timely and never truly crowded except on cruiseship days. Thank you.

Stockholm by land and water was excellent. - We initially had a difficult time finding the designated spots for hop on and off - Perhaps a big red flag rather than a banner at the bus stops would help. Stockholm by land and water was excellent we used it over two of our three days. It was pretty good price too the taxis are very expensive in Stockholm so our hop on and off bus ticket saved us many steps Of walking.

Good experience. It does... - Good experience. It does what it says. Just keep in mind that there are 2 hop on hop off companies both using red buses. Some stops are not particularly well marked.

Great way to see and... - Great way to see and learn about the landmarks of Stockholm. Easy to get off and on. Enjoyed the experience. Didn’t realize we needed to get the earbuds to hear the commentary until we were on the top level of the bus. So make sure you grab one when entering the front of the bus,

Disappointing Bus Tour Experience - Don’t waste your money. The bus tour was advertised as a 90-minute experience, but it lasted barely 45 minutes. There was also no audio tour provided, which made the ride much less informative than expected. If you’re looking for a proper city tour with information and reasonable value, you may want to consider other options.

Better to choose another provider - Buses only run very unreliably. Have booked a ticket for bus and boat and could only use the boat due to the constant delays. Of course, we did not get the money for the bus back. The buses are supposed to run every 20 minutes. After waiting twice over half an hour we are on foot. Absolutely not recommended!!! The prizes are also made according to sympathy. This would result in price differences of almost 20 euros per person. Overall, thanks to this provider, we wasted most of our time waiting in Stockholm.
