Absolutely Incredible - Highlight of our Trip - Stuart Watt A++ - We cannot say enough great things about Stuart Watt. This was hands down the best experience of our entire trip. We were traveling with our two boys (ages 8 and 11), and to get them excited we even watched a few scenes from Braveheart beforehand. Nothing could have prepared us for how much they would love this day. Stuart was absolutely incredible with them. From the moment we started, he had them completely engaged with his storytelling, humor, and ability to bring Scottish history to life. They loved every single minute and are still talking about it. Stuart struck the perfect balance of being professional, friendly, and genuinely engaging. He was flexible, never rushed us, and made the entire day feel effortless. His knowledge is outstanding, but what really sets him apart is how real and personal he makes the experience. This never felt like a scripted tour. One of the absolute highlights was when he went out of his way to find Highland coos for the kids. That moment alone made their day and is something we’ll always remember. It’s that level of care and attention that makes Stuart truly exceptional. If you’re even thinking about booking a private tour, do it...and ask for Stuart. You will not regret it.

TRIPorganiser and Sean:Warriors for tourists! - Sean and TRIPorganiser provided us with an amazing tour, tailored to the interests of our family. Sean was knowledgeable, humorous, and absolutely wonderful. We learned so much and he kept our 10 and 12 year olds absorbed along with the adults. In between stops, he was a fascinating conversationalist, telling stories and giving us facts about so many things. Our trip to Scotland was certainly enriched by this tour. Thank you, Sean!

Wonderful day with Denny - We had a really great day with our German speaking guide Denny. We were picked up absolutely friendly by him at the hotel. We then drove around the country as described in the tour. Denny knew great places and told us a lot about Scottish history the country and the people. An absolute highlight was his gift in the form of 2 glasses of whiskey and shortbread in front of Sterling Castel. My wife and I found the Kelpies the most impressive. We would do another tour with Triporganiser Scotland anytime. THANK YOU FOR the tour

The ultimate Braveheart lovers tour! - The ultimate Braveheart lovers tour! What an amazing day trip diving into the history of William Wallace, Robert the Bruce, and others in the wars of Scottish independence. It was fascinating to tour Stirling Castle and battlegrounds especially the museum at Bannockburn. Keith our guide was an intelligent, humorous, and engaging guide. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great day trip outside Edinburgh!

Epic day of history and sightseeing! - This tour was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Immediately after booking the tour through Tripadvisor, the organizer reached out to introduce us to our tour guide Chris, set out the itinerary, and consult with us on ways to make our trip more special. We were able to plan a full day that included the feature locations but also skipped duplicate sites we had already seen on other tours. We very much appreciated the communication, as we knew exactly where we were going, when to be ready, and when we'd be back to the hotel. Our guide Chris was terrific - he had a deep knowledge of local history and brought the locations to life. The Battle of Bannockburn experience was a ton of fun, with the story of the battle engagingly told looking down over a large map with moving pieces and Medieval military strategy straight from a video game. The Wallace Monument is breathtaking (not just because of the stairs!) and not to be missed. Doune Castle and Stirling Castle were incredible, and we were able to add in a glimpse of Linlithgow Castle at the end of a busy day. Chris even played us some tunes on the pipes overlooking the beautiful SAS Memorial. It was the perfect conclusion to a milestone trip. If you are a history buff looking to learn more about Scotland's rich history with a charming and engaging guide, this is the tour for you!

Not enjoyable and overpriced - Lack of communication, lack of knowledge of the local history, overpriced for what you get. Just not an enjoyable experience. This is poorly run and no organisation at all.

Poorly managed and unsafe - This TRIPorganiser tour was a disaster from start to finish. The main reason we booked it was to visit Doune Castle and Dunblane Cathedral — but unbelievably, we missed both. Due to poor planning and time management by the guide, we arrived at Doune Castle after it had closed and were denied entry. No backup plan, no solution — just standing outside locked gates. Then, we found out we were also too late to visit Dunblane Cathedral. Missing one key stop is bad enough — missing both is inexcusable. When the guide realized we were behind schedule, he began driving erratically — speeding through roads, and even texting while driving. It was reckless and made several of us feel genuinely unsafe. To make matters worse, the guide wasn’t from Scotland and had only a very limited understanding of the local history. The commentary was shallow and added little to the experience. This tour was a waste of time, poorly run, and dangerously executed. I cannot recommend it to anyone — and I sincerely hope the company takes steps to train its guides, prioritize customer safety, and stick to the promised itinerary.
