Led by seasoned guides, with a support boat ensuring safety, and the option to meet in Stegna or opt for hotel pickup, this experience seamlessly blends adventure, comfort, and breathtaking coastal scenery.
- Pickup begins 1 hour before the start of the activity. You will receive an email with your exact pickup time the day before. If you do not require a pickup, please select ‘Meeting point’.
- All participants should be in general good health and able to swim in open water.
- Some participants may face more difficulty than others in maintaining their balance. Nevertheless, it’s completely acceptable to sit and paddle, like a kayak.
- Children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.
- While we recommend a minimum age of 12 for this activity, younger children with paddle boarding experience and the ability to paddle longer distances can join as well.
- Please let us know in the comment section if you have paddle boarded before or if it’s your first time.

Super chilled paddle boarding - Lovely experience, nice and chilled. Plenty of stops so don't need to be super fit. Guides were Lovely and patient. Went with my 2 daughters who were 13 and 15 and they had a great time. Also refreshing not to be charged for the photos that were taken. Thank you guys

Fab paddle boarding! - The 4 hour trip was really great fun for us as a family of 4 with an 18 and 14 year old. We all have varying levels of SUP experience and this trip catered for all. The small friendly team work really hard and are very calm and experienced taking into consideration everyone’s pace and ability to ensure a great time is had.

10/10 would recommend - Excellent morning adventure with Quen, Laura and Elias. After hotel pickup, it started with an introduction to SUP and learning to stand up while still in the bay. We then paddled to a hidden cave to have a swim and snorkel. After that, there was lunch (three local pastries and fruit- perfect) at a small uninhibited island with snorkelling afterwards - where we saw so many fish. We then headed back to the beach across the sea, towed by the boat, before a drive for our hotel drop off. Would absolutely recommend this experience, it gave us a love to want to do more paddle boarding in the future!

Fantastic SUP tour - Even better than expected. They adapt very well to the different skills of the participants and have a motorboat on the side that can help. They offer a 2 hour training session so if you have not done SUP before you will probably get more out of the larger tour if you do the 2 hours session on some day before. If you can‘t it will probably work too.

So much fun! - This was the highlight of our holiday!
My partner and I had never paddle boarded before - but we got an introduction beforehand and before we knew it, we were out on the water. We paddled around, went swimming, had some snacks out on the water, jumped off a cliff and went through some caves. Such a brilliant experience with Quen and Jennifer (apologies if I got the names wrong) and we had such a lovely group with us too.
Anyone with any experience of paddleboarding will likely find this enjoyable (the rest of our group had done it before), there was a rescue boat incase anything happened and we had transport to and from our hotel. The equipment seemed top notch and both instructors were very knowledgeable of the area and of Paddleboarding.
The photos they took of us were great and a lovely touch.

An Absolutely Incredible Experience - Having only been on a paddle once I was a little worried going ocean supping, but oh my word was it incredible. The guys at paddle paradise run you through the basics of how to paddle, how to stay safe on water, and actively look out for you to give you help. Struggled to stand at first, but got there eventually. The actual boards themselves were in good condition (used nearly all the boards as there was 12 of us)
The tour itself was absolutely incredible and cannot state enough how beautiful the water, the beaches, and cave is. Snorkelling gear was provided and so was pickup (over an hour away from our ibotel in ixia) and photos (so we don’t have to worry about phones, a lovely touch), making this an absolute bargain for the price. This entire experience has made me want to go again and will never not think of this when remembering this holiday.

This is a must!! - Absolutely awesome day, we had both never paddleboarded but the guys gave a thorough lesson before we got on the water, lots of patience and good humour. Had such a laugh and me and my partner spent the first half hour practising falling off ;) lovely picnic provided that we ate on our paddleboard before having some free time to swim, cave was cool and even jumped off a small cliff. An hour in and we were standing up with confidence. Thanks to Quinn and George, brilliant day- Sarah and Marc

Best experience ever - 100% one of the best experiences I & my wife have had on an excursion. We got picked up from the hotel and escorted to the location through winding roads down to a picturesque beach. Met george, illyas and a few others who instructed us. There ended up being only 4 of us which made it more intame and made us have more time and more hands on. We learnt how to paddle board, which way to reverse, spin etc then set off into the distance. We stopped off at a cave and swam inside, then into another for some great pictures which they took. We then swam back to our boards for a 3ft cliff jump. I am not the best swimmer and had to get took back to my board but I had a full life jacket on (just afraid of deep water) and watched people jump from the top of the cave. We jumped back on our paddle boards and went to a secret cove which no one else around. Had a quick snack of pastrys olive, cheese and pesto (I think) and a bit of fruit. Then we jumped in the water and went a bit of snorkeling seeing different fish and under the water. Once finished we all hooked up to the boat and got taken back to the beach where we started. It was an awesome day with lovely people. Great help, support and encouragement 👍 honestly the best time ever. We got dropped back off the hotel and then an email with a link to the photos of the day, we got amazing photos of us paddleboarding, swimming, & snorkelling. Thank you guys for the best time!!

Perfect day trip when staying in Rhodes - We had a great day with the team at Paddle Paradise. We were collected from our hotel in Rhodes town and taken by van to Stegna beach where everything was explained to us and demonstrated.
We then paddled along the coast and to the sea cliffs. We had a chance to swim in the sea caves and have photos. Then, the option to cliff dive.
Then paddle to another cove to have a picnic on the boards and a chance to swim and see the fish.
We loved it and had a great time! Thanks all for making it a great day.
